Dear Friend,
Since 1977, the Hyde Amendment has protected American taxpayers from being forced by the federal government to pay for abortions.
Named for pro-life Congressman Henry Hyde (R-Ill.), the amendment was first passed three years after the tragic Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision. Congress has included it in every appropriations bill since.
But if Nancy Pelosi and her radical pro-choice allies who control the House of Representatives have their way...
... that protection ends, and YOU and I will be forced to pay for abortions through our federal tax dollars!
On top of that, every Democratic candidate currently running for president has pledged to repeal the Hyde Amendment and force you and me to pay for abortions!
I'm counting on you and every friend of FRC Action to protect taxpayers conscience.
Please do your part NOW and help FRC Action have the resources necessary to stop Congress from betraying your values and mine, forcing us to fund this barbaric taking of innocent life!
Since 1992, FRC Action has served as your Christian voice in our nation's capital to advance faith, family, and freedom, educating our leaders and all Americans to defend life, family, and religious liberty.
In the past three years we've made great progress working with the White House and Congress to protect the lives of unborn children, including a vote to overturn an Obama era regulation that prevented states from defunding Planned Parenthood in the federal Title X family planning program!
Tom, we just couldn't do as much without you.
But suddenly, radical abortion activists are pushing harder than ever using the power of government.
The right to life is the most fundamental of all rights. If that right is undermined in any way, all of our other rights are in jeopardy.
Please do your part by helping us protect life today!
Standing (Eph. 6:13),
 Tony Perkins President
