SB 1013, is a really bad bill from the 2019 legislature, that will make Oregon less safe! Here is what happened: SB 1013 was passed after many warnings by Republicans that it was a bad law and likely retroactive. What does it do?

It nullifies Oregon's death penalty, and potentially opens the prison door for many murderers to exit our prison system at some time in future, threatening the safety of Oregonians.

How is that justice for the victims and their families?

Would you want people like Kip Kinkel walking our streets again?

There are some really bad people that Oregon's progressive/liberal/Democrats have likely opened the door to return to our society that SHOULD not be let out.
