(CNSNews.com) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced Tuesday that they have apprehended 851,508 migrants between ports of entry in Fiscal Year 2019, including a record number of family units.
CBP released its FY19 southwest border migration statistics, showing that a record 473,683 family units have been apprehended.
A record number of inadmissible individuals – 126,001 – have been encountered at ports of entry. CBP also rescued more than 4,900 migrants.
