in America?
Dear Friend,
Over two years ago in federal district court, we filed a lawsuit against the Southern Poverty Law Center for defamation, because they included us in their false “hate map” due to our Biblical beliefs on marriage.
And today, we have an important update on that case.
The federal judge hearing our case will not allow us to go to trial on the merits of our complaint which comes as a major disappointment—but not as a surprise.
By no means does this end the battle.
In fact, it’s just the beginning.
Our board of directors has already voted to appeal this case as far as it can go.

We don’t typically think of Christian persecution happening here in America, but Emilie Kao of the Heritage Foundation has identified four stages of Christian persecution worldwide.
What is truly troubling is that three of the four steps are already in place here at home.
