LAWSUIT CHALLENGES CITY'S ATTACK ON SECOND AMENDMENT
A judge allowed a lawsuit to proceed against an ordinance passed by the city of Edmonds, Washington, requiring gun owners to have “safe storage” for weapons.
A judge is reining in, at least for now, a move by the city of Edmonds, Washington, to demand, under penalty of massive fines, that gun owners have "safe storage" for weapons and use it all the time.
