Recently I was teaching a healing/identity workshop in Billings, Montana.
One evening I was teaching on how to flow in the miraculous by getting your natural mind out of the way.
A group of ladies were talking to each other about this and several admitted that during prayer their carnal/natural mind, would never stop talking.
There was always on going"chatter" in the background and they could never enter into a place of peaceful rest.
One of the ladies came up with an idea.
She formulated a simple prayer and shared it with the others. Instantly, those who had never experienced peaceful rest in their minds, finally found it.
The background chatter stopped for the first time in their lives and they entered into God's presence and peace.
I want to share the method that they discovered.
I have tested it on many and it has worked for practically everyone.
First realize this, you DO possess a natural mind that is fraught with things like worry, confusion and unbelief.
You also have a spirit that has been born from above and has the mind of Christ.
These two mindsets are largely in opposition to one another and this is why the saved person needs to work on the renewing of their mind.
Knowing that, will make it easier to utilize this technique.
Here it is; say these words and afterwards just be silent for a moment and enter the place of rest.
Say this: "Mind, submit to my spirit. Spirit, take me to the Father"....then wait. You now should be able to enter this place of the Father's presence instantly, and no longer have to fight through the fog and noise created by the carnal mind.
Try it and tell me what you experience.
Then share it with every believer.
