FGM — Sisters Die a Tragic Death
Two young sisters, aged 10 and 11, died a tragic death in Somalia from profuse bleeding after undergoing female genital mutilation (FGM).

But FGM is not just a Somali problem. More than 200 million women and girls worldwide have undergone this barbaric procedure, with the numbers in the West increasing.
Today in Michigan, a case is pending against a a doctor accused of performing FGM on two seven-year-old girls from Minnesota and is under suspicion for performing many more.
