THE NUMBER OF ABORTIONS IN TEXAS HAS DROPPED

FRIEND, Big news out from the Texas Department of State Health Services: the number of annual abortions in Texas has dropped to its lowest level since 1977. But the sobering reality remains: even with a substantial drop in the number of abortions, the lives of 54,507 unborn children were cruelly ended in the state of Texas in a single year. The left can explain this away all they want--call it "reproductive freedom" or "birth control" or "women's health"--but the fact is, abortion is 100% about ending a human life. The data from Texas shows how much work you and I still have left to do... but it also shows the needle slowly moving in favor of life. At the forefront of this fight are federal courts, who have been handing down an unprecedented number of major pro-life victories… ...like on Monday, when a federal court ruled in favor of Missouri’s new regulations on abortion, over the howls of Planned Parenthood. But despite winning big both on a policy level and in the hearts of the American people, these victories are fragile… and that’s why it’s so critical conservatives keep a Senate majority in 2018 to confirm President Trump’s pro-life appointees to federal courts and the Supreme Court.
