MR. PRESIDENT: FIRE ROSENSTEIN, THEN MUELLER

THE SWAMP

MR. PRESIDENT: FIRE ROSENSTEIN, THEN MUELLER

Exclusive: Michael Master asserts, 'If Trump does not stop them, then they will stop Trump'

Was it your understanding that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein put Robert Mueller in place as special counsel to investigate alleged collusion between Trump and Russians to “interfere” with the 2016 elections?
And that he did that because Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from being able to lead such an investigation?
Mine too! So what happened?
This is from the letter from Rosenstein to Mueller authorizing Mueller to lead the investigation:
“[T]o ensure a full and thorough investigation of the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election, I hereby order as follows:
(a) Robert S. Mueller III is appointed to serve as Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice.
(b) The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation defined by then-FBI Director James B. Comey in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).”
From the Code of Federal Regulations:
600.4 Jurisdiction. (a) Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel’s investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted.
To me, as a retired business executive, those words are pretty clear.
Mueller was to investigate any ties between the Trump campaign and Russians pertaining to the 2016 election and to pursue prosecution of any crimes that interfere with that investigation.
Those hypothetical ties can be summed up in the term “collusion.”
It is obvious that Mueller is doing much more than that.
His indictments of Gen. Michael Flynn for a wrong statement about his activities after the election are outside of this scope.
His indictments of Paul Manafort for activities that have nothing to do with the 2016 election are outside of this scope.
The raid on attorney Michael Cohen are outside of this scope.
The pursuit of women who claimed to have had affairs with Trump are outside of this scope.
The immunity to the Trump CFO for accounting information outside of the 2016 election are outside of this scope, etc. etc.
Maybe lawyers read more into it than what the words say – but isn’t that the same as what activist judges do, go outside of the words?
The words are quite clear.
Does (ii) above allow Mueller to pursue any matters?
Clearly, it does not.
Matters in (ii) pertain to the investigation of (i). It is up to Rosenstein to make that clear.
And he has not.
And since he has not, Rosenstein needs to be fired.
Mueller does not have a blank check to find anything, anything at all, to bring down the president of the USA.
That is just a legal form of sedition.
Anyone can eventually find something about anyone.
This is not a case of trying to find something on someone who is a known criminal.
This is about investigating the election to see if a crime of collusion between Trump and Russians was committed.
Mueller is way outside of his scope and is attempting a coup through the court system.
So, Trump should fire Mueller after he fires Rosenstein and then order Sessions to cancel the investigation if no evidence of collusion can be produced by the investigative team within two weeks.
Now, there are many advisers to Trump who will caution him to not fire Rosenstein and Mueller, that it would be bad politically.
Those are the same ones who tried to get Trump to stop his tweets, who think that the media are unbiased, who are probably never-Trumpers dressed in Republican clothes, who objected to the Trump rhetoric during the campaign, and who are dead wrong.
The fact is that Trump supporters will applaud him for taking executive action just as they applauded him for his actions during the campaign.
His enemies will condemn him – but they already condemn Trump about everything and will not stop.
Those 20 percent of voters in the middle will forget about it within 45 days just as they did about all the other crap during the campaign.
They applaud Trump for all his actions to help make America great again.
They love what Trump has done for the economy and our position in the world.
They love his fight against the globalists in support of American workers.
Trump needs to listen to his CEO gut feel now just as he did during the election.
The FBI and the DOJ work for him.
They are accountable to him. They are not independent agencies.
They are part of the executive branch.
And their current activities are destructive to America. They are hindering Trump’s ability to run the nation, to fulfill his oath and to represent the U.S. to foreign governments.
They are just another form of obstructionists.
The Department of Justice, FBI and CIA have histories of dirty business:
Bay of Pigs, Iran Contra, Fast and Furious, Warren Commission, WMD in Iraq, electronic surveillance of Americans, Benghazi, 900 FBI files in Clinton’s possession, Comey statements to exonerate Clinton to help her in the election, FBI ignoring Clinton destruction of evidence, gross negligence, and lies to the FBI; embedded spies, meddling in foreign elections/governments, hacking, Uranium One, Fusion GPS, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Andy McCabe, “insurance policy,” Eric Holder as Obama’s wing man, Loretta Lynch with Bill on the tarmac, and J. Edgar Hoover blackmail files on Congress.
Dirty. Swamp.
Mueller will not stop until he finds something, anything, to end Trump’s presidency.
He is a hit man from the swamp.
He will even use the threat of jail time for Don Jr. as extortion to get Trump to resign just as he is using bimbos of the past to cause friction between Trump and his wife.
Should Trump allow Mueller to interrogate him? Never.
Trump should plead the Fifth just as all those FBI employees have done.
Mueller already proved his skills at entrapment about subjects outside of the investigation.
He is not honorable, as the establishment politicians say.
More swampers.
Why is Hillary Clinton not part of this investigation?
Why was she omitted from it?
Because this investigation was always meant to be a means to get Trump.
If it were about Russian interference, then the Clinton-paid Russian dossier and the FISA warrant would be investigated.
To these people, the end justifies the means, and they will find something, even if it has nothing to do with collusion with Russians, to stop Trump – unless Trump stops them.
President Trump needs to fire Rosenstein and Mueller now, before it gets within 45 days of the mid-term elections.
If Trump does not stop them, then they will stop Trump.
And that will be bad for America in so many ways, not to mention adding power to the swamp.
