SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS

John 9: 35-41

35 Jesus heard that they had thrown him out,

And when He found him, He said,

'Do you believe in the Son of Man?'

36 'Who is He, Sir?' the man asked.

'Tell me so that I may believe in Him.'

37 JESUS SAID, 'YOU HAVE NOW SEEN HIM;

IN FACT, HE IS THE ONE SPEAKING WITH YOU.'

38 Then the man said, 'Lord, I believe,' and he worshiped Him.

39 JESUS SAID, 'FOR JUDGEMENT I HAVE COME INTO THIS WORLD,

SO THAT THE BLIND WILL SEE

AND THOSE WHO SEE WILL BECOME BLIND.'

40 Some Pharisees who were with Him

Heard Him say this and asked,

'What ? Are we blind too?'

41 JESUS SAID, 'IF YOU WERE BLIND,

YOU WOULD NOT BE GUILTY OF SIN;

BUT NOW THAT YOU CLAIM YOU CAN SEE,

YOUR GUILT REMAINS.'

(John 9: 1-41)

So today, the World exists in Spiritual Blindness;

The “god” of this Age has Blinded the minds of Unbelievers,

So that they cannot see the Light of the Gospel

Of the Glory of Christ,

Who is the Image of God.

(2 Corinthians 4:4)

Today, the Guilt before the Living God remains

On those who do not Believe and Honor the Son of God,

Christ Jesus, the Messiah;

And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Of the Increase of His Government and Peace

There will be No End.

(Isaiah 9:6, 7)

Whoever believes in Him is Not Condemned,

BUT WHOEVER DOES NOT BELIEVE

STANDS CONDEMNED ALREADY

BECAUSE HE HAS NOT BELIEVED IN THE NAME

OF GOD'S ONE AND ONLY SON.

THIS IS THE VERDICT:

Light has come into the World,

But men loved Darkness instead of the Light

Because their Deeds were Evil.

Everyone who does Evil Hates the Light,

And will not come into the Light

For Fear his Deeds will be Exposed.

(John 3:18-20)
