WILL AG SESSIONS DO THE RIGHT THING?

Will Attorney General Sessions honor the criminal referrals authored by 11 members of congress?

That single question is perhaps the reason why 11-House Republicans “exasperated” with the obvious stonewalling by the Attorney General,
have finally decided to send Sessions along with FBI Director Wray and the United States Attorney for the District of Utah John Huber, an official public referral letter targeting former FBI Director Comey, former Attorney General Lynch, former Asst. FBI Director McCabe, FBI Agent Strzok, DOJ Attorney Page, and perhaps the most prominent lawbreaker of all,  former Secretary of State and Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton.
The criminal referral signed by 11-members of Congress on April 18th details the violations committed by each individual and the exact statues violated.
The letter also addresses the significance, scope and historical magnitude of bringing to justice powerful political elitists citing;
“We write to refer the following individuals for investigation of the potential violation(s) of federal statutes. In doing so, we are especially mindful of the dissimilar degrees of zealousness that marked the investigation into Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the presidential campaign of Donald Trump, respectively. Because we believe that those in positions of higher authority should be treated the same as every other American, we want to be sure that the potential violations of law outlined below are vetted appropriately.”
The official document was then signed by each member of Congress; Ron Desantis, Andy Biggs, Dave Brat, Jeff Duncan, Matt Gaetz, Paul Gosar, Andy Harris, Jody Hice, Todd Rokita, Claudia Tenney, and Ted S. Yolo.
The “ball” is now in Sessions court, and whether he’ll actually honor the criminal referral sent by the 11-legislators is perhaps the $64,000 question, in that most political pundits believe Sessions will not act, regardless of the overwhelming evidence that crimes were committed “before, during and after” the 2016 Presidential Election.
Sessions has already demonstrated his lack of leadership and his obvious ambivalence towards the President by recusing himself from the Russian firestorm rather then actually resigning and allowing the President a clean slate in choosing another attorney general, and allowing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to appoint a special counsel while Rosenstein himself actually has a “conflict-of-interest,” regarding the firing of FBI Director Comey, in that he (Rosenstein) was the individual who recommended to the President that Comey be fired for malfeasance.
Moreover the violations authored by the 11-lawmakers are significant, the most obvious being Comey’s bizarre and convoluted news conference of July 5th, in which he painstakingly details a laundry list of serious violations committed by Hillary Clinton, then abruptly becomes both judge and jury, (actions which are not legally accorded to him as FBI Director), absolving her of all wrong-doing.
The referral also references Comey’s inconsistent testimony before Congress in which he lied about drafting his conclusions (months in advance) of exonerating Hillary, and before she actually sat down to be interviewed by the FBI, candidly admitting he would not prosecute Hillary regardless of the actual charges brought against her, by using legal jargon such as “matter” which by some odd legal definition absolved her of criminal liability.
As for former Attorney General Loretta Lynch her crime is perhaps even more egregious for threatening and witness tampering an FBI informant not to go public concerning the corrupt dealings with Russian operatives regarding the Uranium One Deal, in which 20% of our vital commodity was sold to a Canadian “front company” owned by the Russian government.
The criminal referral cites the Attorney General’s direct involvement against the informant stating; “reprisal the former FBI informant who tried to come forward in 2016 with insight into the Uranium One deal.”
While former acting FBI Director Andy McCabe has already been subjected to an internal FBI ethics review and found guilty for “his lack of candor” resulting in his 11th-hour firing and loss of pension, and has just been singled out again for another criminal referral, this time by the IG.
Both FBI Agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are looking at obstruction of justice charges, while former First Lady Hillary Clinton is being cited for hiring and paying a foreign operative, a former British intelligence officer named Christopher Steele, which is in direct violation of America’s Campaign Laws, furthermore using a third party Fusion GPS, a research firm in order to hide payments from the Federal Election Commission, another clear violation of federal laws.
There’s little doubt that Sessions has a lot on his plate, and holds the key too finally clean house and drain the swamp within the Justice Department, the question is
“does he have the courage”?
