The Release Of This Memo Is Bad News For Robert Mueller And The FBI

Robert Mueller and the Deep State’s time is up.

House Republicans have prepared a memo that is the silver bullet to take down the anti-Trump conspiracy.

And it’s bad news for Mueller and the FBI now that Republicans in Congress have voted to release it to the public.

Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress have spent months pointing out that the Mueller probe is a politically motivated witch hunt.

Democrats and the media who leveled allegations of collusion were engaging in a partisan hit job.

They were not making fact-based charges.

And now there is proof.

The House Intelligence Committee voted to send Chairman Devin Nunes’ memo – which outlines the abuse of power the FBI and Obama administration engaged in to spy on the Trump campaign – to the White House where Donald Trump will make the ultimate decision on releasing it to the public.

“THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE VOTED MONDAY TO RELEASE A CLASSIFIED MEMO TO THE PUBLIC DETAILING ALLEGED ABUSE BY SENIOR JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS OFFICIALS IN THEIR INVESTIGATION OF THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN.

THE COMMITTEE VOTED ON A PARTY LINE, ACCORDING TO THE RANKING MEMBER ADAM SCHIFF (D-CA), WHO GAVE A PRESS CONFERENCE AFTER THE DECISION.

PRESIDENT TRUMP NOW HAS FIVE DAYS TO OBJECT TO IT. WHITE HOUSE LAWYER TY COBB TOLD POLITICO IN A STATEMENT:

“NO DECISION WILL BE MADE ON THE RELEASE UNLESS AND UNTIL THE CONGRESS, AFTER THE REQUIRED VOTE, PROVIDES IT TO THE WHITE HOUSE.

 “THERE IT WILL BE SUBJECTED TO APPROPRIATE AND SERIOUS REVIEW BEFORE A DECISION IS MADE. THE PRESIDENT STRONGLY FAVORS TRANSPARENCY FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND HAS URGED THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH TO COOPERATE WITH CONGRESS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT APPROPRIATE.”

THE MEMO REPORTEDLY DETAILS — AMONG OTHER THINGS — HOW SENIOR OFFICIALS ABUSED FISA TO OBTAIN A SURVEILLANCE WARRANT ON TRUMP FOREIGN POLICY CAMPAIGN ADVISER CARTER PAGE.”

Now Trump has five days to decide if the memo becomes public.

All indications point to Trump allowing the American people to see how the Obama administration and FBI weaponized intelligence to try and subvert democracy.
