NO IMITATIONS

NO IMITATIONS TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). DAILY FIRE! I am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed unto Him until the day of His appearing. (See 2 Timothy 1:12). Plenty of people live like Christians by imitation.  They do what Christians are supposed to do. They parrot all the words- but not the music- none of that glorious song of the redeemed responding to heaven.  Their lives are all works and effort. They might also be pretty good mimics, doing better than real Christians sometimes.  But are they Christians?  Christians are born-again from above; their true spiritual Father is in heaven. "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God" (Romans 8:16).  When you are truly His, you should know it.
