This Congressman Is On A Mission To "Put Christ Back In Christmas"

Despite the best efforts of the Church, mainstream culture has embraced Christmas as a secular tradition devoid of any true religious meaning. It is all about presents, money, food and family.
But we know the truest give of Christmas is Jesus Christ. So, is it time to put 'Christ back in Christmas?' US Congressman Rober Pittenger certainly thinks so.
Pittenger is currently touring around various townhalls promoting the true Christmas story and urging people to contemplate the wonderful birth of Jesus Christ, who came to take away the sins of the world.
“I’ve dedicated my life to sharing God’s love through Jesus Christ,” Pittenger says, standing in front of a Christmas tree and fireplace, according to News Observer. “Let’s end political correctness and put the true meaning of Christ back in Christmas.”
He is also launching a TV ad with the same fundamental aim.
"I’m thankful for all those in the political world—as well as in all walks of life—who aren’t afraid to let their faith in Christ be known," said Franklin Graham of Pittenger's campaign.
"Jesus Christ is the only hope for peace and joy for every life—He is the Good News every soul longs for. That is the true Christmas story we all need to be faithful to tell."
