Dear Friend,
Earlier this month marked the 100th anniversary of Vladimir Lennin’s Russian revolution.
It ushered decades of communism into the new Soviet Union—and into many other nations as well.
A century later, Communism has been a manifest failure. Yet the bastion of the mainstream media, the New York Times, ran a series this year called “The Red Century” marking the Soviet Union’s 100th anniversary.
Like many defenders of Marxism, the paper implied that the reason Communism hasn’t worked is merely because it has not yet been applied in a pure enough form.
One article in the series even called for a return to Communism, saying: “We may…choose to see [Lenin and the Bolsheviks] as well-intentioned people trying to build a better world out of a crisis, but we must work out how to avoid their failures.”
That’s one way to put it, since their “failures” consigned 100 million people to death in the 20th century alone, and is still bringing poverty and heartbreak in places like Venezuela and Cuba. But the series only proves once again that the American Left has never given up trying to bring Communism to our nation. And in the social arena, they’ve been more successful than you might realize.
“Cultural Marxism” stands behind issues as seemingly diverse as the transgender movement to the protests of professional football players.
Do you know how it all connects?
These vital resources will help you “connect the dots” on the societal upheaval we’re experiencing, so that you are able to oppose the work of the cultural Marxists with biblical truth.
Sincerely,
Frank Wright, Ph.D. President and CEO D. James Kennedy Ministries |
