| Dear Friend: The U.S. House of Representatives took a giant step yesterday in stopping the abhorrent practice of taking the life of an unborn child after the 20th week of pregnancy when medical science shows the child can feel pain.  The "Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act" will now go to the U.S. Senate, where our Senators must decide whether or not to stop this dangerous procedure that kills the most innocent among us at a time when they can sense great pain!
