Brennan, Rice, Power, Obama – Political Unmasking, More Coup Evidence
The slime trail leading from the Russia, Russia, Russia framing of President Trump and his administration by the Obama regime and with the involvement of some Russians who now appear to possibly be connected to the Kremlin is becoming more defined.
The extent of the level of penetration by the covert, anti-American operation designed to manipulate and control the transfer of power by the previous administration, their shadow deep state government and perhaps the Russian spy agencies is breathtaking.
Catherine Herridge quotes a letter from Republican Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes, in which he updated Trump DNI Dan Coats on the status of the unmasking investigation. Herridge reports, “Three of the nation’s intelligence agencies received subpoenas in May, explicitly naming three top officials of the Obama administration.”
She names, “Former CIA Director John Brennan, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, and former UN Ambassador Samantha Power.” Herridge says, “In what appears to be a reference to Power, Nunes writes, ‘One official, whose position had no apparent intelligence-related function, made hundreds of unmasking requests during the final year of the Obama administration.”
“The letter continues,” says Herridge, “Obama-era officials sought the identities of Trump transition officials within intelligence reports. However, there was no meaningful explanation offered by these officials as to why they needed or how they would use this US person information.”
Herridge reports on the testimony of an American who has done business in Russia, Bill Browder, who claimed firsthand knowledge that Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer at the center of the Trump Jr. meeting in June of 2016, has worked for the FSB, the successor to the KGB.
Browder has been prominent in the creation of and the battle over the Magnitsky Act, which imposed sanctions upon Russian individuals and which was named after and spurred by the murder of his lawyer, Sergei Magnitsky in a Russian Prison.
Browder claims that the same firm which created the fabricated Moscow dossier which was put forward as an effort to smear President Trump, Fusion GPS, was also hired by Veselnitskaya to smear him and to plant false stories in the media.
Herridge quotes the denials of an attorney for Fusion GPS president, Glenn Simpson, who refused to testify before Congress under Fifth Amendment protections yesterday. The attorney claimed that the President and his allies are trying to smear them “because they investigated Mr. Trump’s ‘ties to Russia.'”
Herridge delivers the false “patriotic denials” of the ring leaders of the unmasking operation, with a Power spokesperson saying, “Any actions she took were in the context of her National Security Council position advising ‘president’ Obama and Power has been unambiguous about the ‘need’ for Congressional Russia investigations.” Not investigations into her own or her cabal’s connections, just the phony ones they’re trying to pin on the President.
Herridge quotes a spokesliar for Rice who said, “Unmasking was done for intelligence, not political purposes” and noted that there was “no immediate response from Brennan.”
Brennan called for a coup against President Trump earlier this week from the stage of a conference of globalist, deep state, anti-Trump establishment types in Aspen. Maybe he feels like he’s said enough for the time being.
