I will be diligent to present myself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
Do you remember the laborers in the parable of Jesus? By the clock, some had worked only a single hour, but the farmer generously rewarded them, paying them the same as those who had labored throughout the day. Why?
Because they had worked for as long as they had the chance. This is the principle of God. If anybody is worried about not having been at Jesus’ side in the harvest when they could have been, the answer is to leave that with the Lord of the harvest. Do not waste time on tears. Give God His due wholeheartedly, from this moment on! The apostle Paul’s advice is this:
"Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:13–14).
As long as you have breath within you, you are in time to be in on the last hour, the last day, the last month, or the last year. You are not too late for that.
