I have been transplanted into God’s kingdom of light and power. The kingdom is the realm of God in which God’s power is supreme. When Christ came, He introduced the activity of God—the Holy Spirit—into our mundane affairs. It was a new resource: not physical power like water, wind, or nuclear energy, for these are all part of the natural world. This was the power of a world with laws far above the laws of nature.
Read this sentence carefully: In the beginning, God made this world by the power of another world. In Christ Jesus, He re-introduced the powers of that creative world into the earthly scene. That is the kingdom of God. And that is where you and I live today!
