RIVERS OF LIVING WATER

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: “We hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God” (Acts 2:11). DAILY FIRE! - CHRIST FOR ALL NATIONS I shout for joy because I stand within the kingdom of God! When speaking about the Holy Spirit, the Scriptures repeatedly use the word rivers. This ideal for believers—rivers of the Holy Spirit—was anticipated by Isaiah: “You shall be like…a spring of water, whose waters do not fail” (Isaiah 58:11). For many people in our reserved Western culture, exuberance is embarrassing. For those who stand within the kingdom of God, however, this matters little—they shout for joy!
