WHAT OBAMA, HILLARY THINK OF 'RELIGIOUS FREEDOM'

BETWEEN THE LINES

WHAT OBAMA, HILLARY THINK OF 'RELIGIOUS FREEDOM'

Exclusive: Joseph Farah warns voters of consequences of picking Clinton this November

It couldn’t be, you say.
Not in America – the land of the free and the home of the brave.
America was settled largely by refugees fleeing religious persecution, which led the framer of the Constitution to ensure the new nation’s first freedom would be the free exercise of religion.
But Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and most Democratic Party officeholders and activists think that notion is outdated, antiquated, an undue burden on the enforcement of so-called “anti-discrimination laws” designed to assert, among other things, the bizarre notion that people, especially children, have an inherent, inalienable right to determine which sex they are on a daily basis, thus choosing which restrooms and locker rooms they use.
Maybe you think I am exaggerating.
Earlier this month, the Obama administration released a report with recommendations clearly and unambiguously attempting to deny Americans’ cherished religious liberty.
The lengthy new report, titled “Peaceful Coexistence: Reconciling Nondiscrimination Principles with Civil Liberties,” came from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
It represents the most blatant and open attempt by federal officials to subjugate religious liberty to the current phase of sexual social experimentation.
Commission Chairman Julian Castro wrote some very hostile words in his personal statement in the report:
“The phrases ‘religious liberty’ and ‘religious freedom’ will stand for nothing except hypocrisy so long as they remain code words for discrimination, intolerance, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia or any form of intolerance. …
today, as in past, religion is being used as both a weapon and a shield by those seeking to deny others equality. In our nation’s past religion has been used to justify slavery and later, Jim Crow laws.”
Ironically, slavery and Jim Crow laws were wholly Democratic Party institutions.
Democrats created them, perpetuated them and enforced them with the aid of their own military wing – the Ku Klux Klan, which, in addition to lynching blacks, systematically murdered Republicans, as I have pointed out in the past.
And, by the way, did I mention that Christians and Jews led the fight against slavery – on biblical grounds – as well as the civil rights movement of the 1960s? Have these people actually read any speeches by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.?
This hideous report recommended that law and policy makers tailor religious exceptions “as narrowly” as possible, citing the “undue burden” that these exceptions place on “nondiscrimination law and policies.”
Another recommendation states: “Federal legislation should be considered to clarify that RFRA [the Religious Freedom Restoration Act] creates First Amendment Free Exercise Clause rights only for individuals and religious institutions and only to the extent that they do not unduly burden civil liberties and civil rights protections against status-based discrimination.”
In other words, so-called “anti-discrimination laws” designed to reward the extreme LGBT lobby within the Democratic Party should take precedence over religious freedom.
Is there any other way to decipher these statements?
Is there any other way to interpret them?
Is there any other way to understand what is being said here?
Here is the U.S. Commission of Civil Rights, whose members are appointed by the president, recommending in plain language that religious freedom must take a backseat to the need to worship at the feet of the LGBT goons who would force Christians and Jews to violate their own conscience by baking them wedding cakes, photographing their same-sex weddings, catering their affairs and so on.
I couldn’t say it better than the Federalist writer Nicholas Senz:
“The First Amendment prohibits the government from establishing a religion. But when the federal government declares ideas that everyone held until five minutes ago, supported by reason and lived out with compassion, as de facto hateful and criminal (‘first they came for the photographers and bakers …’),
then the government is essentially creating a new public faith and forcing everyone to adhere to it. …
The current administration’s hostility toward Christianity is clear, and Christians must be prepared to face it.”
Consider yourself warned as you make your way to the voting booth in November.
The new Klan looks more and more like the old Klan.

My comments: The Religion of the Obama Administration, Hillary and the Democrats is godless, Socialist, Secular Humanism and they are attempting to Convert the Nation to their Religion. This is what their TRANSFORMATION is all about.
