NCAA and ACC actions enhance risk for sexual assault 

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) have damaged their image by jumping into a political fray over North Carolina's Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act(HB2). They are following the NBA's decision in July to move its 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte.

The North Carolina law represents mainstream America. North Carolina is one of 29 states that do not recognize "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classes at the state level for purposes of public accommodations.

We are fighting on behalf of North Carolina and 21 other states in this outrageous battle launched by the Obama administration. Please see my important update below – Mat.

The NCAA says it will move Division I, II and III championships or playoffs from North Carolina. And, the ACC announced its December conference championship will relocate from Charlotte to an unspecified location. 

The two collegiate sports organizations now join the NBA in big-money blackmail against North Carolina to accomplish a twisted goal: To appease militants in the LGBTQ community and permit "gender identity" to dictate which bathroom transexuals use. 

The NCAA and ACC are not acting in the best interest of those they represent. Their decision goes against the majority of colleges and universities and also against the public, which does not want men using women's private restrooms, showers and locker rooms. 

Do they really think so little of women as to invade their privacy and subject them to sexual assault in order to side with a political agenda? It is hypocritical for an organization that divides athletic teams by male and female to boycott a state that divides restrooms by male and female!

North Carolina's HB2 law has been a source of controversy and heated debate since the bill was passed to stop Charlotte and other localities within the state from adopting the Obama's administration's outrageous mandate to elevate "gender identity" to a protected status, including allowing men who "identify" as a woman to use women's facilities.   

Corporate leaders and liberal lawmakers have bowed to the LGBTQ agenda in calling such laws "discriminatory."  
 

It is never acceptable to expose women and children to degenerate predators who enter restrooms, locker rooms, and fitting rooms to stalk their prey!

Liberty Counsel has offered North Carolina state leaders our legal services and counsel in that state's case since the attorney general is refusing to defend the law. We are currently working pro bono with 22 different states on this issue. We are using every available resource to ensure that this battle for our nation, our culture, and our Constitution is won both in public forums and, if necessary, courts throughout the land!

Rev. Franklin Graham wrote a pointed letter to the ACC exposing more of their hypocrisy ...

While boycotting North Carolina over this common sense policy, the ACC and NCAA rake in millions of dollars from corporate sponsors who profit from their operations in foreign countries where women and minorities are killed, tortured and treated as slaves.

As Dr. Graham states, the NCAA and the ACC ought to clean up their own act and stop profiting from sponsors who profit from gross violations of human rights. These athletic associations are putting women at risk and are out of touch with reality.

We will not accept this transgender insanity in our states and communities. We need the support of every concerned American as we fight to right this horrible wrong.
