BLACKS TARGETED AT 'ASTRONOMICAL' RATE BY ABORTIONISTS
By 69-1, deaths of unborn outnumber all homicides

Blacks are being targeted by abortionists at an “astronomical” rate – some 69 times higher than the homicide rate for the demographic – and in the aftermath of Monday’s ruling exempting the abortion industry in Texas from cleanliness and safety requirements, one activist group wants to know what is going on.
Black Lives Matter protests just about every murder of a black in America, but the movement and its political supporters are virtually silent about the deaths of millions of unborn black babies.
“When you understand Planned Parenthood is subsidized by half-a-billion taxpayer dollars each year and wholeheartedly supported by both the Democratic Party and black leadership in high places, you have to conclude that black American abortions representing 69 times the number of black American homicides are an entirely intended consequence of legalized abortion,” said Walter B. Hoye II, president of the Issues4Life Foundation.
Major abortion businesses such as Planned Parenthood have set up their clinics in majority-black communities, and abortionists even have been known to accept donations specifically designated to eliminate unborn black babies.
“Why should our government spend $1,282 for every black abortion, when that same amount of money could pay for the safe delivery or adoption of health children?” Hoye asked. “If abortion is going to be legal, a half a billion dollars would be far better spent helping young black women to support a child (i.e., feed, clothe, educate, house and inspire a future American president), rather than abortion one.”
Hoye cited a recent report from the Violence Policy Center, which found there were 6,217 homicides against black Americans in 2013.
He compared that figure to the estimated 429,000 abortions against black Americans for the same year – 69 times the number of homicides.
Pro-life leaders, including Troy Newman of Operation Rescue and Mark Crutcher of Life Dynamics, have confirmed that the 429,000 figure for abortions is accurate.
There are nearly 1 million abortions in the U.S. annually, with about 38-40 percent committed against blacks. Those are current figures, so the numbers from 2013 would be slightly higher, the leaders said.
Hoye also cited a recent analysis by Dennis Howard of the Movement for a Better America, who has written extensively on abortion demographics.
He notes for every 1,680 pregnant black American women age 15-44, 1,000 will give birth to their child and 680 will abort their baby. The analysis was based on data from the U.S. Statistical Abstract for 2013 and the National Vital Statistics Report, Vol. 64, No. 1 dated January 15, 2015.
Hoye pointed out that America’s black community sustains one abortion every 74 seconds all year long. And for every three black babies born in America, two are extinguished through abortion.
One report even said Planned Parenthood “kills 1,000 times as many blacks as cops do.”
Evangelist Alveda C. King of Civil Rights for the Unborn, the niece of Martin Luther King Jr., said Hoye’s figures are accurate.
“We as a community must sound the alarm,” she said, in response to Monday’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling.
The justices struck down a law requiring what King described as “abortion mills” to meet certain state health standards and require that abortionists have admitting privileges to local hospitals so they can handle emergencies when they arise.
The daughter of the late civil rights activist Rev. A.D. King and his wife Naomi Barber King, Alveda King serves as pastor association and director for Civil Rights for the Unborn.
An activist website called “Abort73” bluntly called abortion “a racist institution.”
“It has everything to do with the simple, undeniable reality that in the United States, abortion kills minority children at more than three times the rate of non-Hispanic, white children. The Rev. Clenard H. Childress calls this phonemenon ‘black genocide,'” the report said.
The site cited 2010 government numbers that said African Americans are 12.6 of America’s population, but black women account for nearly 36 percent of all abortions.
The heavily footnoted report said: “Every day in America, an average of 3,315 human beings lose their lives to abortion. Based on the percentages above, between 683-829 of those babies are Hispanic, between 1,193-1,174 are white, and between 995-1,207 are black. Not only are black children being killed at a far greater percentage than white children, it’s possible they’re being killed in greater numbers, period.
“Is that not shocking?! Though the white population in the U.S. outnumbers the black population five to one, abortion may well be killing more black children each day than white children.”
