WOULD YOU DIE FOR CHRIST?

All the Apostles but John were Killed for their Faith.

Since the Resurrection of Christ Jesus

Many Saints have died for their Faith.

Stephen was the first Martyr, he was stoned to Death [Acts 6, 7].

Christ Jesus has told us that we must love Him more than Life.

Listen:

'If anyone would come after Me, he must Deny himself

And take up his Cross Daily and follow Me.

For whoever wants to Save his Life will Lose it,

but whoever Loses his Life for Me will Save it.

What good is it for a man to gain the Whole World,

And yet Forfeit his Very Self?

If anyone is Ashamed of Me and My Words,

The Son of Man will be Ashamed of him when He comes in His Glory

And in the Glory of the Father and of the Holy Angels.'

(Luke 9:23-26)

'If anyone comes to Me and does not Hate his father

And mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters-

YES EVEN HIS OWN LIFE--

He cannot be My Disciple.

Anyone who does not carry his Cross and follow Me

Cannot be My Disciple.

(Luke 14:26, 27)

'Do not suppose that I have come to bring Peace to the Earth.

I did not come to bring Peace, but a Sword.

For I have come to turn 'a man against his father,

A daughter against her mother,

A daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law--

A man's Enemies will be the members of his own household.'

Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me

Is not Worthy of Me;

Anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me

Is not Worthy of Me;

And anyone who does not take his Cross and follow Me

Is not Worthy of Me.

Whoever Finds his live will Lose it,

And whoever Loses his life for My Sake will Find it.

He who receives you receives Me,

And the one who receives Me receives the One Who sent Me.

(Matthew 10:34-40)

LET US GO TO HIM OUTSIDE THE CAMP,

Bearing the Disgrace He Bore.

For here [in this life] we do not have an Enduring City,

But we are looking for The City [of God] that is to come.

(Hebrews 13:13, 14)

Outside the Camp can mean the Culture we live in

And it can mean the Camp of Unbelief,

Within what is called Christianity.

PUT TO DEATH,

THEREFORE WHATEVER BELONGS TO YOUR EARTHLY NATURE:

Sexual Immorality, Impurity, Lust, Evil Desires

And Greed which is Idolatry.

BECAUSE OF THESE THE WRATH OF GOD IS COMING.

Since you have been Raised with Christ,

SET YOUR HEARTS ON THINGS ABOVE,

Where Christ is seated at the Right Hand of God.

Set your minds on Things Above, not on Earthly things.

FOR YOU DIED,

AND YOUR LIFE IS NOW HIDDEN WITH CHRSIT IN GOD.

When Christ, Who is your Life, appears,

Then you also will appear with Him IN GLORY.

You used to walk in these ways,

In the life you once lived.

But now you must rid yourselves of All such thins as these:

Anger, Rage, Malice, Slander, and Filthy Language from your lips.

Do not Lie to each other,

Since you have taken off your Old Self with its Practices

And have Put On the New Self,

Which is being Renewed in Knowledge in the Image of its Creator.

(Colossians 3:1-10)

THEY OVERCAME HIM [SATAN] BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB

And by the Word of their Testimony;

THEY DID NOT LOVE THEIR LIVES SO MUCH

AS TO SHRINK FROM DEATH.

(Revelation 12:11)

IF, in fact, we have died with Christ to this Wicked World,

And IF our Life is now Hidden with Christ in God,

Then Physical Death does not matter;

The Flesh counts for Nothing [John 6:63].

We understand that there is No Life in this World

Apart from that found in Christ Jesus.

We live among the Unbelieving Dead [Luke 9:60].

Faith in Christ is Death to this World

And Scripture tells us

That in the End many die for Christ [Revelation 7:14].

Christ Jesus warned us:

Be always on the Watch,

And pray that you will be able to Escape All that is about to happen,

And that you may be able TO STAND before the Son of Man.

(Luke 21:36)

Today, the World is raging against God, rushing toward Oblivion. (Psalm 2)

This World in it's present form is passing away. (1 Corinthians 7:31)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
