PRO-LIFERS: SATANIC ACTIVISM PROVES ABORTION IS EVIL

Easter weekend features mockery of Christian beliefs

The Satanic Temple’s nationwide campaign of mockery against Christians continued over Easter weekend with its Detroit chapter holding a blasphemous protest in defense of abortion.

But pro-life activists say the satanists’ effort to champion Planned Parenthood proves what they have been saying all along – abortion is evil.
“The satanic demonstration in support of Planned Parenthood reveals the truth that abortion is all about evil-doing and rebellion to God, in whose image each of us is made,” Cheryl Sullenger told WND. “Taking innocent life is the ultimate expression of hatred toward God. There is nothing virtuous about abortion, and the satanists’ support for it is evidence that proves the point.”
Sullenger is senior vice president of Operation Rescue and the author, with Troy Newman, of “Abortion Free: Your Manual for Building a Pro-Life America One Community at a Time.”
She said “decent people” around the country should reject abortion not just because it is “wicked, sinful behavior,” but because it is a “human rights abuse.”
Ironically, the Satanic Temple of Detroit attempted to frame its pro-abortion activism as an action in defense of human rights, especially those of women. Jex Blackmore, the head of the chapter, wore a crown of thorns and carried a cross to protest what she called “the burden of oppressive mandates endured by women.”
Blackmore was further quoted as claiming: “The Satanic Temple believes that the body is inviolable, subject to our will alone. We consider theocratic reproductive mandates an attempt to control and degrade the individual.”
Carl Gallups, the pastor of Hickory Hammock Baptist Church in Milton, Florida, and the author of several books including the recent “Be Thou Prepared,” thought it was sickening for Blackmore to pretend abortion had anything to do with human rights.
“It really doesn’t matter which flowery words one uses to soften the truth of the matter; the term ‘pro-abortion’ or ‘pro-choice’ actually translates to ‘pro-death’ of babies in the womb,” he told WND.
Gallups condemned a culture he claims gives more protection to animals than to innocent human beings.
“In 1973, Roe v. Wade opened the Pandora’s Box of America’s new Culture of Death,” the pastor said. “Paradoxically, in that very same year, the Federal Endangered Species Act was passed – giving federal protection to turtle eggs and eagles’ nests, under penalty of heavy fines and/or imprisonment. In 1973, we determined that it was perfectly acceptable to kill humans in their ‘nests,’ but not eagles or turtles. If one cannot see the demonic impetus behind this depraved manner of thinking, then their spiritual discernment is non-existent.”
Gallups also condemned the Satanic Temple for defending a practice he says has a disproportionate impact on African-Americans.
“It is a fact that 36 percent of all abortions in America are performed upon African Americans,” Gallups said. “Yet, the black population makes up less than 13 percent of America’s total population. Knowing that Planned Parenthood was founded by eugenicist Margaret Sanger, and in light of the recent undercover video revelations of Planned Parenthood’s selling of baby body parts and their willingness to take donations designated to help in aborting ‘certain populations,’ a discerning person would have to see the evil associated with the foundation principles, and current practices, of Planned Parenthood. Accordingly, I am not surprised that a satanist group would be actively involved in trying to thwart the spiritual intervention attempts of Christian organizations made outside of certain abortion clinics.
“This really is a battle of darkness and light, good and evil, Godly and ungodly. And now it is on display for all to see.”
Blackmore has previously received attention for liveblogging her pregnancy and eventual abortion under the title “Unmother.” Her project received adoring coverage from the left-wing media outlet The Daily Beast.
Despite the attempts to be edgy, Blackmore’s actual beliefs are fairly typical for a left-wing activist, with her Twitter feed featuring the usual complaints about Republicans being too white and Donald Trump supposedly being a “racist.”
The Satanic Temple does not claim to actually worship the devil as a deity, instead using Lucifer as a metaphor and claiming it has a message to encourage “benevolence and empathy” as well as resistance to “tyrannical authority.” The Satanic Temple has actually been criticized as “atheists” by theistic Satanists who do literally worship a supernatural Lucifer.
However, the Satanic Temple’s nationwide activism reveals a pattern of scorn directed almost entirely at Christianity. The group’s chapter in Arizona will give an invocation at a city council meeting ending in “Hail Satan.” The group has also received a great deal of attention for its statue of Satan, featuring two children looking up to a representation of Baphomet. The Satanic Temple also hosted screenings of the recent supernatural horror movie “The Witch,” which features the supernatural intervention of the devil and witches in league with him. Jex Blackmore called the film a “transformative satanic experience.”
In contrast, the organization seems far more respectful of non-Christians. For example, it eagerly sought to “escort” Muslims following the Islamic terrorist attacks in Paris in November 2015.
Sullenger sees Blackmore’s Good Friday protest as simply the latest example of a deliberate campaign of insults toward Christians.
“The Satanic demonstrations made a mockery of Christianity on the day we remember Christ’s sacrifice for our sins,” said Sullenger. “That is a deliberate attack on our faith meant to degrade and discourage Christian pro-life supporters. However, I see their acts as immature and pathetic. These people are deluded and desperately need our prayers.”
Gallups found the group’s activism served as a kind of inadvertent witnessing for the Christian faith.
“I find it telling that a woman pulling a cross while she is wearing a crown of thorns would lead the satanist group,” he said. “I know they meant it to be a mockery – yet in reality they were proclaiming the Christian Gospel! There is only one savior who went to a cross and was forced to wear a crown of thorns – that was Jesus Christ. And, the true gospel message is that there is forgiveness and spiritual healing (upon repentance) for those who have had an abortion, as well as those who have performed them.”
Whatever The Satanic Temple’s intention in using Luciferian imagery, Gallups argues the group is showing evil is alive in the world and increasing in power.
“Increasingly, we are seeing Satan take off his mask and display the truth of his diabolical maneuverings right before the eyes of the world,” Gallups said. “His time is short, and he knows it. The Lord Jesus Christ is soon to return. We are living in prophetic times – like no other generation in the last 2,000 years. I would expect to see increasing displays of abject evil and apostasy as we move along down history’s road. The scripture is pretty clear regarding this truth.”

My comments: There is Nothing more Evil in America today than the Democrat Party and its Platform and Polices. Included in this Realm is the Supremely Evil Court and Corporate America who are at War Against God and His Word. They are bringing more Evil to more Americans than any other Institution. They are the ones who are attempting to Force Chrsitians to Conform to their godless, Socialist, Secular Humanist RELIGION, which is an Offense Against Christ Jesus Himself.
