FAULTLESS PRESENTATION
Stephanie White
To Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority… Jude 1:24-25 NIV
Praise be to God! I am faultless in Christ! I do not have to fear God’s anger or judgment! Hallelujah! He joyfully presents me as faultless!
Some feel like this message means that God is “soft” on sin. We must remember the price that was paid for our sin! Jesus Christ paid the price in full for the sin of the world. It was no small price and it was by no means “soft!” God hates sin; He hates it to the degree that He turned His back on His Son. Remind yourself of the price Christ paid when you begin to feel like maybe you need to pay for your sin.
Many times sin does have natural repercussions, but by no means does that mean that God does not see you as faultless in Christ. Christ has the power to present me faultless and He has the power to keep me from falling, but I must remain focused on Him if I want to enjoy what He has done.
He presents me with great joy! Many Christians find joy elusive because they are too focused on self. We must take the focus off of self; we must focus on Christ and the work He has done for us and we must remain focused. Fill yourself with God's promises for you and experience the joy that Christ died for you to have! To Him be the glory!
