FAMILIES OF FALLEN SOLDIERS SUE OBAMA

Conservative Tribune

BREAKING: Parents of Fallen Soldiers Pressing THESE Criminal Charges Against Obama Admin

Judicial Watch is suing on behalf of the families of the Extortion 17 helicopter mission, an aircraft which was shot down by enemy forces in 2011.
The aircraft was shot down over Afghanistan, killing 25 American special ops fighters, five Army National Guard and Reserve crew members, seven Afghan commandos and one interpreter.
Many have questioned what happened that day, particularly because a number of the victims of the crash were a part of SEAL Team 6, the unit that killed Osama bin Laden.
While Judicial Watch believes that Afghan turncoats might have led to the helicopter being shot down, they say neither federal agency has come forward with the documents the court required them to produce via a Freedom of Information Act request.
According to Judicial Watch attorney Larry Klayman, the government agreed at a Feb. 9 hearing to produce documents no later than March 20. Like most deadlines, the government missed it.
“Given the failure of a substantive response on the part of defendants’ counsel, plaintiff respectfully moves this court for an order to show cause why defendants DoD, CIA, and their counsel should not be held in contempt for failing to comply with this court’s order,” Klayman wrote in his petition.
According to WND, the Aug. 6, 2011 crash was caused by a rocket-propelled grenade, which downed the Boeing CH47 Chinook military helicopter in Afghanistan. It remains the single greatest loss of life in the Afghanistan conflict.
According to Klayman, the federal government “(has) failed to make bona fide, good faith determinations about whether they will comply with plaintiff’s requests. Nor have defendants produced any records responsive to the requests, indicated when any responsive records will be produced, or demonstrated that specific responsive records are exempt from production.”
Let’s hope that Larry Klayman and Judicial Watch eventually uncover the truth.
