DO NOT LOVE THE WORLD

Do not love or cherish the World or the things that are in the World.

If any one loves the World, love for the Father is not in him.

FOR ALL THAT IS IN THE WORLD,

The LUST of the flesh [craving for sensual gratification],

And LUST of the eyes [greedy longings of the mind]

And the Pride of life [assurance in one's own resources

Or in the Stability of earthly things]--

These do not come from the Father but are from the World [itself].

And the World PASSES AWAY and disappears,

And with it the forbidden cravings (The passionate desires, the LUST) of it;

But he who does the WILL OF GOD

And carries out His purposes in his life, abides (remains) FOREVER.

You [are like] unfaithful wives [having illicit love affairs with the World]

AND BREAKING YOUR MARRIAGE VOW TO GOD!

Do you not know THAT BEING THE WORLD'S FRIEND

Is being God's ENEMY?

So whoever chooses to be a Friend of the World

Takes his stand as an Enemy of God.

IF THE WORLD HATES YOU,

Know that it Hated Me before it Hated you.

If you belonged to the World,

The World would treat you with affection and would love you as its own.

BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT OF THE WORLD--are no longer one with it—

But I have chosen (selected) you out of the World,

THE WORLD HATES (DETESTS) YOU.

Remember that I told you, A servant is not grater than his master--

Is not superior to him.

If they Persecuted Me, they will also Persecute you;

If they kept My Word and Obeyed My Teaching,

they will also keep and obey yours.

But they do all this to you—Inflict all this Suffering on you--

Because of [your bearing] My Name, and on My account,

For they do not know or understand the One Who sent Me.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of Sin;

But now they have NO EXCUSE for their Sin.

Whoever HATES Me also HATES My Father.

If I had not done (accomplished) among them the Works

Which no one else ever did,

They would not be guilty of Sin--Would be blameless.

But [the fact is] now they have both seen [these works]

And have HATED both Me and My Father.

But [this is so] that the Word Written in their Law might be fulfilled,

THEY HATED ME WITHOUT CAUSE. [Ps. 35:19; 69:4.]

I [Christ Jesus] have given and delivered to them Your Word (message);

AND THE WORLD HAS HATED THEM,

Because they are not of the World—do not belong to the World--

Just as I AM not of the World.

I do not ask that You will take them out of the World,

but that You will keep and protect them from the Evil [One].

They are not of the World (worldly, belonging to the World),

[Just as I AM not of the World.

Sanctify them—Purify, Consecrate, Separate them for Yourself,

Make them Holy—by the Truth. Your Word is Truth.

Do not be conformed to this World-this Age,

Fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs,

But be TRANSFORMED (changed) By the [entire] Renewal of your mind--

By its new ideals and its new attitude--

So that you may PROVE [for yourselves]

What is the good and acceptable and perfect WILL OF GOD,

Even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect

[In His sight for you]. (Romans 12:2, AMP)

I AM praying from them.

I AM not praying (requesting) for the World;

But for those You have given Me, for they belong to You.

ALL Mine are yours, and ALL that are Yours belong to Me;

And I AM glorified in (through) them--

They have done Me honor, in them My Glory is achieved.

And [now] I AM no more in the World, but these are in the World

And I AM coming to You.

Holy Father, keep in Your Name [in the knowledge of Yourself]

Them who You have given Me,

THAT THEY MAY BE ONE, AS WE [ARE ONE].

If you belong to Christ Jesus the World HATES YOU!

As it HATES HIM!--WHY?

Because the World belongs to Satan [1 John 5:19],

And Christ Jesus tells the World that what they do is EVIL! (John 7:7)

Christ Jesus warned us all:

Be always on the Watch,

And pray that you will be able to Escape All that is about to happen,

And that you may be able TO STAND before the Son of Man.

(Luke 21:36)

Today, the World is raging against God, rushing toward Oblivion. (Psalm 2)

This World in it's present form is passing away. (1 Corinthians 7:31)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
