Kidnapping hundreds of school girls and selling some of them off in marriage. Attacking an average of 5 churches each Sunday. Killing up to 2,000 people in a single attack.
It's hard to imagine that a group could be so ruthless. Yet, their leader promises the worst is yet to come:
"This is just the beginning of the killings. What you've just witnessed is a tip of the iceberg. More deaths are coming," said Boko Haram's leader, Abubakar Shekau.
Many of you have been faithful to help with this ongoing crisis in Nigeria, and you have truly impacted the lives of several persecuted believers. But as the Nigerian election draws near, more attacks are promised, so please prayerfully give to help these believers who have already endured so much. Your gift will be used to restore churches, homes and even provide trauma counseling for these believers.
As you give, please not only pray for these believers, but pray that God will change the heart of Abubakar Shekau- that he too would come to know Christ as his Savior.
