WE'RE ON OUR WAY TO HEAVEN

That is what we can reflect upon this Christmas Season

Those of us who love Christ Jesus with all our heart, mind, soul and strength

Are on our way to Heaven.

Christ Jesus came to provide us the Way—And He is that Way--

And the Truth and the LIFE. (John 14:6)

The World has its heart-set and mind-set in this World

But our heart-set and mind-set are on God's Kingdom—Heaven,

For we know that we possess Eternal Souls

That God intended to reside in Heaven,

And if we follow in the footsteps of Christ Jesus,

Heaven is our destination.

Sing the wondrous love of Jesus

Sing his mercy and His grace

In the mansions bright and blessed

He'll prepare for us a place

Refrain:

When we all get to Heaven

What a day of rejoicing that will be

When we all see Jesus,

We'll sing and shout the victory

While we walk the pilgrim pathway,

Clouds will overspread the sky

But when trav'ling days are over

Not a shadow, not a sigh

Let us then be true and faithful

Trusting, serving every day;

Just one glimpse of Him in glory

Will the toils of life repay.

Onward to the prized before us!

Soon His beauty we'll behold;

Soon the pearly gates will open;

We shall tread the streets of gold.

We are among those from every previous generation

Who laid down their lives for Christ Jesus

Only to take up His LIFE—even Eternal LIFE.

God Almighty is making up His Treasured Possession

And He is including us. Listen:

You are a people Holy to the Lord your God.

The Lord your God has chosen you

Out of all the peoples on the face of the earth

To be His Treasured Possession. (Deuteronomy 7:6)

And the Lord has declared this day that you are His people,

His Treasured Possession as He promised,

And you that you are to keep all His Commands.

He has declared that He will set you in praise, fame and honor

High above all the nations he has made

And that you will be a people Holy to the Lord your God, as He promised.

(Deuteronomy 26:18-19)

Then those who feared the Lord talked with each other,

And the Lord listened and heard.

A Scroll of Remembrance was written in His Presence

Concerning those who feared the Lord and honored His Name.

'THEY WILL BE MINE,' says the Lord Almighty,

In The Day when I make up My Treasured Possession.

I will spare them,

Just as in compassion a man spares his son who serves him.

And you will again see the distinction

Between the Righteous and the Wicked,

Between those who serve God and those who do not. (Malachi 3:16-18)

Let us not be confused:

Do you no know that the Wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God?

Do not be deceived:

Neither the Sexually Immoral nor Idolaters nor Adulterers

Nor Male Prostitutes nor Homosexual Offenders

Nor thieves nor the Greedy nor Drunkards nor Slanderers nor Swindlers

Will inherit the Kingdom of God.

And that is what some of you were.

But you were Washed, you were Sanctified, you were Justified

In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ

And by the Spirit of God. (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)

We are among those who left the Past Behind:

Not that I have already obtained all this,

Or have already been made Perfect,

But I Press on to take hold of that

For which Christ Jesus took hold of me.

Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.

But one thing I do:

Forgetting what is Behind and Straining toward what is ahead,

I press on toward the GOAL to win the PRIZE

For which God has called me HEAVENWARD in Christ Jesus.

(Philippians 3:12-14)

We're on our way to Heaven—

Let our hearts and minds be fixed on our Destination--

Our Eternal Home.

Today, the World is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

This World in its present form is passing away. (1 Corinthians 7:31)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
