PENTAGON BOWS DOWN TO SHARIAH LAW

URGENT: Pentagon Bows Down to Shariah Law in America

It’s yet another shameful capitulation to the multiculturalism police and Islamic extremists on the leftAccording to Islamist Watch, the Pentagon will allow uniform exceptions for soldiers who are adherents to Islam – including beards, hijabs, and turbans – based on Shariah law.
One Pentagon source said that the new uniform regulations would “reduce both the instances and perception of discrimination among those whose religious expressions are less familiar to the command.”
This as, according to Islamist Watch, the FBI suspects that at least 100 jihadis have infiltrated our nation’s defense forces, including two that have been charged or convicted this year alone. Craig Benedict Baxam, a 26-year-old intelligence specialist with the Army, was sentenced to seven years for destroying evidence prosecutors say proved his collusion with an al-Qaida linked group. Also charged was Mozaffar Khazaee, an Iranian-born Defense Department engineer who is alleged to have sent documents on the F-35 program back to his country of birth, according to the BBC.
However, instead of focusing on keeping our nation safe from our enemies – whether they be foreign or domestic infiltrators like Baxam and Khazee – the Pentagon is instead focusing resources on reducing “the instances and perception of discrimination” in our armed forces. Of course, with a story like this, it might be wise to examine the origin of some of these Shariah practices the Pentagon is letting slide. For instance, take the beard. As Islamist Watch points out, the beard was originally designed to set apart followers of the “One True Faith”™ from “infidels” like Christians and Jews. In fact, as the article points out, it’s only permissible to shave the beard as a feint against the infidels in jihad. Perhaps, you may agree, the problem here isn’t the “perception of discrimination.”
And, as is pointed out, it’s not as if the connection between the outward signifiers of Shariah and religious-based violence isn’t known in the Arab world. IW quotes Egyptian satirist Amr Adib, commenting on a proposed “million man beard” march.
“This is a great endeavor!” Adib said. “After all, a man with a beard can never be a thug, can never rape a woman in the street, can never set a church on fire, can never fight and quarrel, can never steal, and can never be dishonest!”
If a man in a country where he faces persecution – if not prosecution – can state the obvious, why can’t the Pentagon do the same?
