BOMBSHELL: New Report Exposes How Obama’s Election Was a Fraud

It’s possible that votes by non-citizens in North Carolina were numerous enough in 2008 to give the state and its 15 Electoral College votes to President Barack Obama.

Despite liberal claims to the contrary, conservatives — and the evidence — have shown for years the very real problem of voter fraud. The Obama administration, however, has not taken such claims seriously, and has consistently challenged election integrity measures such as requiring government-issued photo identification prior to voting. Some studies have indicated that illegal votes could amount to as many as 1 million ballots cast in presidential election years.

Now a new in-depth report from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study shows that “6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010,” the latter being the year of the last midterm elections, when turnout is usually much lower overall.

Non-citizens, according to government watchdog group Judicial Watch, vote for Democrats over Republicans at a ratio of roughly 4-to-1. If only “5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens” voted in the 2008 election, that would have provided the 14,177 votes by which Barack Obama won the state.

Judicial Watch cited a Washington Post story written by the two of the professors who conducted the CCES as saying that the passage of Obamacare may also have been the result of illegal voting.

“Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress,” the researchers wrote. “Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin.”

Most non-citizens neither register nor vote, of course. But the illegal votes of only a small percentage of resident aliens could be enough to change the outcomes of very tight elections, Judicial Watch said.

“This is a major story and confirms JW’s working theory that foreign nationals illegally vote in federal elections in large numbers and have allowed Democrats, including this president, to steal elections,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “This is why the Left does not want voter ID, loves same day registration, by mail voting, etc. and craves amnesty and open borders. It is not about the Hispanic vote – it is about the illegal alien vote (and the legal alien vote), it is about stealing elections.”

Liberals cannot win in America if they follow the rules and deal honestly with the American people about their goals and aspirations. They know that, of course, which is why they consistently object to anything that would force them to do that.

Each state should require government-issued photo identification be shown at the polling place prior to voting. There is no good reason to do otherwise, as studies have shown that no one is disenfranchised by these voter integrity laws, despite all the howling from the left to the contrary.
