URGENT: Even before I reached the office this morning, I heard from Eric Watt, president of RUN Ministries. He informed me that the number of Iraqi Christians and other religious minorities fleeing ISIS violence and seeking protection at their "Community of Hope" refugee camps has now doubled ... almost overnight! Eric wrote in a text message just a few minutes ago:
We now have 613 families (about 6,000 people total) under our protection. We desperately need prayer. Our team in northern Iraq is working on acquiring medical supplies and new land for these men, women and children. We now need six camps. Can you send this message to everyone, even those who have given already, and tell them the need is still great?
