Although the story has basically vanished from the news, Iran is still hard at work on its nuclear weapons program. I have been briefed on the frightening details, and things are much, much worse than most people think. Just last week, Iran's leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, publicly called for their ballistic missile program—the delivery system for atomic warheads—to go “full speed ahead.”
The hatred that Iran’s leaders have for God's Chosen People is the exact same evil that I saw on full display last week as I stood by mass graves of Jews slaughtered in the Holocaust and when I visited the spot where my great-grandfather was killed inside his synagogue. It is the power of darkness, and we must fight against it with spiritual weapons.
Being here in Israel and seeing the open hatred and desire for the destruction of God's Chosen People so active is heartbreaking, especially in light of my recent trip to Ukraine and Belarus. The Jewish people I met there (and the needs are SO great—please continue to pray with me for these dear people) long to come to Israel. Yet even those who do come are not safe. The same hatred for God's Chosen People that threatens their lives and future in Ukraine is very evident here. - Dr. Mike Evans
My comments: We know from Ezekiel 38 that Iran will join with Russia and a coalition of Islamic nations and attempt to destroy Israel. However, God Almighty Intervenes on behalf of Israel and those who come against her are DESTROYED. Today, we watch the prelude to that EVENT.
