As
a Christians we are all Missionaries.
Wherever
we go we are Representatives of Jesus Christ;
We are
his Ambassadors;
We are
letters sent by Jesus Christ to a Lost and Dying world;
We
represent the only Hope that exists in this world;
The
only Way and the only LIFE that exists in this world;
You
are the Fragrance of LIFE.
Listen
to the apostle Paul:
For
we are to God the Aroma of Christ
Among
those who are being SAVED
And
those who are PERISHING.
To
the one we are the Smell of Death; to the other, the Fragrance of
LIFE.
(2
Corinthians 2:14-16)
You
yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts,
Known
and read by EVERYBODY.
You
show that you are a Letter from Christ, the result of our ministry,
Written
not with ink but with the Spirit of the Living God,
Not
on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
Such
confidence as this is ours through Christ before God.
Not
that we are competent to claim anything for ourselves,
But
our competence comes from God.
He
has made us competent as ministers of a New Covenant--
Not
of the Letter but of the Spirit;
For
the Letter KILLS, but the Spirit gives LIFE.
Now
if the ministry that brought death,
Which
was engraved in Letters on Stone, came with Glory,
So
that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses
Because
of its Glory, fading though it was,
Will
not the ministry of the Spirit be even more Glorious?
If
the ministry that Condemns men is Glorious,
How
much more Glorious is the ministry that brings Righteousness!
For
what was Glorious
Has
no Glory now in comparison with the SURPASSING GLORY.
And
if what was fading away came with Glory,
How
much greater is the Glory of that which LASTS!
Therefore,
since we have such a HOPE, we are very BOLD.
We
are not like Moses, who would put a VEIL over his face
To
keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the RADIANCE was fading
away.
But
their minds were made DULL,
For
to this day the same VEIL remains when the Old Covenant is read.
It
has not been removed, because only IN CHRIST is it taken away.
Even
to this day [up to and
including today] when Moses is read,
A
VEIL covers their hearts.
But
whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the VEIL is taken away.
And
WE, who with UNVEILED faces all reflect the Lord's Glory,
Which
comes from the Lord, Who is the Spirit. (2 Corinthians 3:2-18)
If
you are a Christian;
If
you have been water washed, blood washed,
Filled
with the Holy Spirit and are walking the Light of Christ Jesus
You
are a MISSIONARY.
Wherever
you go you Represent Christ Jesus.
You
have a unique ministry; there is not another one like you.
You
are able to minister to people no one else can.
This
includes your own family, your friends, your neighbors, your
classmates,
Those
you work with and on and on.
The
people you come in contact with
May NEVER see another Christian.
You
may be the only Representative of Christ Jesus they will ever see.
Your
Witness and your prayers for them,
May
be the only Witness and the only prayers they receive.
To
be an effective Missionary you MUST have died to this world
As
Christ Jesus taught. Listen:
'I
tell you the Truth,
Unless
a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies,
It
remains only a single seed.
BUT
IF IT DIES, it produces MANY SEEDS.
The
man who loves his life will lose it,
While
the man who HATES his life in this world
Will
keep it for Eternal LIFE.
Whoever
serves Me MUST follow Me;
And
wherever I AM, My servant also will be.
My
Father will HONOR the one who SERVES Me.' (John 12:24-26)
You
have been called by Christ Jesus to be a MISSIONARY for Him.
I
pray that those who read this
message
Have
accepted this Command from our Lord.
It
is the most rewarding occupation that there is
And
one with Eternal REWARDS.
Today,
the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)
America
is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.
Save
yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
As
God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!
Father,
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
