John
the Baptist, the man sent by God to announce to Israel
The
coming of the Messiah, said the following concerning Christ Jesus:
'I
baptize you with water for REPENTANCE.
But
after me will come One Who is more powerful than I,
Whose
sandals I am not fit to carry.
He
will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
His
winnowing fork is in His hand,
And
He will clear His threshing floor,
Gathering
the wheat into His barn
And
burning up the chaff with unquenchable FIRE. (Matthew 3:11-12)
The
thongs of Whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.
I
baptize you with water,
But
He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit . (Mark 1:7-8)
I
baptize you with water.
But
One more powerful than I will come,
The
thongs of Whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.
He
will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with FIRE.
His
winnowing fork in in His hand to clear His threshing floor
And
to gather the wheat into His barn,
But
He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable FIRE.' (Luke 3:16-17)
Now
this was John's [the
Baptist] testimony
When
the Jews of Jerusalem sent priest and Levites to ask him who he was.
He
did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, 'I am not the Christ.'
They
asked him, 'Then who are you? Are you Elijah?' He said, 'I am
not.'
'Are
you the Prophet?' He answered, 'No.'
Finally
they said, 'Who are you?
Give
us an answer to take back to those who sent us.
What
do you say about yourself?'
John
replied in the words of Isaiah the Prophet,
'I
am the voice of one calling in the desert,
'Make
Straight The Way Of The Lord.'
Now
some Pharisees who had been sent questioned him
'Why
then do you baptize
If
you are not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?'
'I
baptize with water,' John replied,
'But
among you stands One you do not know.
He
is the One Who comes after me,
The
thongs of Whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.'
This
all happened at Bethany on the other side of the Jordan,
Where
John was baptizing.
The
next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said,
'Look
the Lamb of God, Who take away the SIN of the world!
This
is the One I meant when I said,
'A
man Who comes after me has surpassed me
Because
He was before me.'
I
myself did not know Him,
But
the reason I came baptizing with water
Was
that He might be REVEALED to Israel.'
Then
John gave this testimony:
'I
saw the Spirit come down from Heaven as a dove and remain on Him.
I
would not have know Him,
Except
that the One who sent me to baptize with water told me,
'The
man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain
Is
He Who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.'
I
have seen and I testify that this is the Son of God.' (John 1:19-34)
Christ
Jesus, the Messiah, The Anointed One, God in flesh:
The
Image of the Invisible God, the Firstborn over ALL creation.
For
by Him ALL things were created:
Things
in Heaven and on earth, visible and invisible,
Whether
thrones or powers or rulers or authorities;
ALL
things were created by Him and for Him.
He
is before ALL things, and IN Him ALL things hold together.
And
He is the Head of The Body, The Church;
He
is the Beginning and the Firstborn from among the dead,
So
that in EVERYTHING He might have the SUPREMACY.
For
God was pleased to have ALL His Fullness dwell in Him,
And
through Him to reconcile to Himself ALL things,
Whether
things on earth or things in Heaven,
By
making Peace through His Blood, shed on the Cross. (Colossians
1:15-20)
Christ
Jesus, the Son of the Living God
Is
the Baptizer in the Holy Spirit.
Peter
said of Christ Jesus on The Day of Pentecost:
'Exalted
to the right hand of God,
He
[Christ Jesus] has
received from the Father the PROMISED Holy Spirit
And
has POURED OUT what you now see and hear.' (Acts 2:33)
'Therefore
let all Israel [and the
entire world] be assured of this:
God
has made this Jesus, Whom you Crucified, both Lord and Christ.'
When
the people heard this, they were CUT TO THE HEART
And
said to Peter and the other apostles,
'Brothers,
what shall we do?'
Peter
replied, 'REPENT and be baptized, every one of you,
In
the name of Jesus Christ so that your SINS may be FORGIVEN.
And
you will receive The Gift Of The Holy Spirit.
The
PROMISE is for you and your children
And
for ALL the Lord our God will call.' (Acts 2:36-39)
Have
you received your personal Day of Pentecost?
Have
you asked Christ Jesus to Baptize you in the Holy Spirit and with
FIRE?
If
you do, you will experience the same phenomena
That the 120 did as
recorded in Acts 2:1-4.
Christ
Jesus gave His disciples this COMMAND:
'Do
not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the GIFT My Father PROMISED,
Which
you have heard Me speak about.
For
John baptized with water,
But
in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit. (Acts 1:4-5)
I
pray that ALL who read
this message
Have
responded to the COMMAND of Christ Jesus
And
are Baptized in the Holy Spirit and with FIRE.
Today,
the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)
America
is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.
Save
yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
As
God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!
Father,
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
