The Church Of Jezebel

To the angel of the church in Thyatira write:

These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire

And Whose feet are like burnished bronze.

I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance,

And that you are now doing more than you did at first.

Nevertheless, I have this against you:

You tolerate that woman, Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess.

By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality

And the eating of food sacrificed to idols.

I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling.

So I will cast her on a bed of suffering,

And I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely,

Unless they repent of her ways.

I will strike her children dead.

Then all the churches will know that I AM He who searches hearts and minds,

And I will repay each of you according to your deeds.

Now I say to the rest of you in Thyatira,

To you who do not hold to her teaching

And have not learned Satan's so called deep secrets

(I will not impose any other burden on you):

Only hold on to what you have until I come.

To him who overcomes and does My will to the end,

I will give authority over the nations--

He will rule them with an iron scepter;

He will dash them to pieces like pottery--

Just as I have received authority from My Father.

I will also give him the morning star.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

(Revelation 2:18-29)

Christ Jesus says to the leader of the Church of Thyatira,

That His words are the words of the Son of God,

Whose all seeing eyes blaze with His holiness;

Who's feet are like burnished bronze,

Speaking of His absolute power and authority.

Christ Jesus tells them He knows everything they have done 

And continue to do,

That they are now doing more that ever before.

However, in their midst of the Church is a woman, Jezebel

(A Satan deceived, rebellious woman),

Who the Church has allowed a place of authority;

Who claims and pretends to be a prophetess;

Who is misleading His servants into sexual immorality and idol worship.

Christ Jesus has given her a time to repent, but she refuses.

She is about to be afflicted with great suffering,

Along with all those who have committed adultery with her.

Christ Jesus will strike her children dead

(Which could be literal offspring

And/or those who have fallen into sexual sin with her

And/or those who have followed her teaching.)

To let all the churches know that He searches hearts and minds

And repays each person according to what they have done.

Christ Jesus says to those who have not been seduced by Jezebel

And who have not involved themselves with her teaching

And Satan's so called deep secrets

(Satan always pretends to have something more than God),

He will not impose any other burden on them.

He tells them to hold on to what they have 

(The WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE),

Until He comes for them.

Those who overcome the deception of Satan and do the will of Christ,

Will be given the authority of Christ over the nations,

They will rule them with an iron scepter

(The absolute power and authority of Christ),

They will dash them to pieces like pottery

(The nations will be rendered absolutely powerless and submissive

Because of presence of Christ in the people of God).

Christ Jesus says that just as He received authority from His Father,

He is going to give that same authority to His people.

He is also going to give the Morning Star, which is Himself, Christ in us.

All of us who have an ear, let us hear what the Spirit (Christ)

Says to each one of us and to every Church that claims His name.

Today, like the Church in Thyatira, we must persevere.

We must not be mislead by false prophets within the Church.

We must avoid even the appearance of what is not acceptable to God.

We also, will be rewarded for what we have done whether good or bad.

We can overcome by the power of Christ in us

And rule and reign with Christ when He comes.

Today, the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
