Obama's IRS Acts Like A Gestapo

Acting like a Gestapo, the IRS targeted Conservative and Christian Groups and held up their applications for 501(3)c status. This eliminated their full participation in the 2012 Presidential Election with a tax exempt status which is crucial for their fund raising. This unprecedented act of using an arm of the government, the IRS, to impede political opposition, undermines the whole concept of Free Elections which is the basis of our Democracy. This lawless act is indicative of the character and nature of the Obama Administration. It is obvious that this systematic, detailed agenda was not initiated by low level employees but rather came from the upper reaches of the IRS and most likely from the White House. It is critical that Christians understand the anti-Christ nature of the Obama Administration. What Obama does against Christians is done against Christ. (Acts 9:4) Listen to a sampling of their invasive and inappropriate questions:

20 questions the IRS asked Conservative Groups:

1. Provide a list of all issues that are important to your organization. Indicate your position regarding each issue.

2. Please explain in detail the derivation of your organization's name.

3. Are you on Facebook or other social networking sites? If yes, provide copies of these pages.

4. Provide details regarding your relationship with Justin Binik-Thomas.

5. Provide details regarding all training you have provided or will provide. Indicate who has received or will received the training and submit copies of the training material.

6. Have you attempted or will you attempt to influence the outcome of specific legislation? If so, provide the following:

a. Provide copies of all communications, pamphlets, advertisements, and other materials distributed by the organization regarding the legislation

b. Provide copies of any radio, television, or Internet advertisements relating to your lobbying activities

c. Please indicate the percentage of time and resources you have spent or will spend conducting these activities in relation to 100 percent of all your activities.

7. Do your issue-related advocacy communications compare to the positions of candidates or slates of candidate on these issues with your positions? Provide copies of these communications. What percentage do these constitute of your issue-related advocacy communications?

8. Please provide copies of all your current web pages, including your blog posts. Please provide copies of all of your newsletters, bulletins, flyers, newsletters or any other media or literature you have disseminated to your members or others. Please provide copies of stories and articles that have been published about you.

9. Please provide the following information for your board of directors and officers:

a. Provide all copies of your corporate minutes from inception to the present

b. Provide the titles, duties, work hours and compensation amounts of your board members, officers and employees. If they only work for a certain time yearly, bi-yearly or quad-yearly, please provide the periods they had (have) worked and will work. Please identify your volunteers

c. If you have a board member or officer who has run or will run for a public office in the near future, please describe fully. If none, please confirm by answering "none" to this question.

10. Provide the following information for the income you received and raised for the years from inception to the present. Also, provide the same information for the income you expect to receive and raise for 2012, 2013, and 2014.

a. Donations, contributions and grant income for each year which includes the following information:

b. The names of the donors, contributors and grants. If the donor, contributor or grantor has run or will run for public office, identify the office. If not, please confirm by answering this question "no."

c. The amounts of each of the donations, contributions and grants and the dates you receive them.

d. How did you use these donations, contributions and grants. Provide the details.

11. Do you directly or indirectly communicate with members of legislative bodies? If so, provide copies of the written communications and contents of other forms of communications. Please include the percentage of time and resources you have spent or will spend conducting these activities in relation to 100 percent of all your activities.

12. Fully describe your youth outreach program with the local school.

13. Submit the following information relating to your past and present directors, officers and key employees:

a. Provide a resume for each

b. Indicate the number of hours per month each individual has provided or is providing services to you

c. Provide a description of all the services each individual provides or has provided to you

d. Indicate the total compensation provided to each individual

e. Describe how each compensation package was determined

f. Indicate if any of your current and former officers, directors and key employees are related to each other (include family and business relationships) and describe the nature of the relationship.

14. List each past or present board member, officer, key employee and members of their families:

a. Has served on the board of another organization

b. Was, is or plans to be a candidate for public office. Indicate the nature of each candidacy

c. Has previously conducted similar activities for another entity

d. Has previously submitted an application for tax exempt status.

15. Do you encourage eligible voters to educate themselves, register to vote, and vote?

a. Explain in detail how you do this. For example, do you conduct voter registration or get out the vote drives, or voter education?

b. In the course of conducting these activities, do your members or volunteers urge the votes to support or oppose particular candidates or slates of candidates? If not, describe how you ensure that these activities are conducted in a strictly non-partisan manner"

16. Do you or will you endorse candidates? If yes, explain and answer the following:

a. Provide your endorsement criteria

b. Once a candidate is endorsed, how does your organization handle the endorsement?

c. Provide a list of all candidates you have endorsed.

d. Does your organization notify the candidate of the endorsement? If yes, explain.

e. Do you provide any materials to candidates, which they may use to promote their candidacy? If so, please describe and provide copies of those materials.

17. Apart from your responses to the preceding, estimate the percentage of your time and what percentage of your resources you would devote to activities in the 2012 election cycle in which you will explicitly or implicitly support or oppose a candidate, candidates, or slate of candidates, for public office.

18. Provide a copy of the presentation (To Challenge the Imagination of the Rising Generation) given to Vanderbilt College Republicans by your director.

19. The names of the donors, contributors, and grantors . . . The amounts of each donations, contributions, and grants and the dates you received them.


20. Has any person or organization provided educational services to you? If yes, provide the following:

a. The name of the person or organization

b. A full description of the services provided

c. The political affiliation of the person or organization.

Christians must understand that what is done against Christians is done against Christ. (Acts 9:4)
