This Blind World!

After the “fall” of Adam and Eve everyone was born with a sin nature;

With the natural propensity to sin; They were born spiritually blind.

We live in a world that is spiritually blind.

This blindness is only taken away in Christ Jesus.

Only with Christ Jesus living in and through you can you see.

To “see” is supernatural, a God given ability.

Since reality exist in the supernatural,

Seeing there is the only sight that matters.

Christ Jesus said:

'For Judgment I have come into this world,

So that the blind will see and those who see will become blind.'

Some Pharisees who were with him heard him say this and asked,

'What? Are we blind too?'

Jesus said, 'If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin;

But now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains.'

(John 9:39-41)

I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire,

So you can become rich; and white clothes to wear,

So you can cover your shameful nakedness;

And salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. (Revelation 3:18)

The world claims to see but they are blind.

Imagine if everyone you see around you was wearing a blind fold.

In reality, in the supernatural, that is the way it is.

Everyone is blind

Who does not have Christ Jesus living in and through them.

Christ Jesus came offering “sight” to the spiritually blind;

Living Water to the thirsty;

A baptism (immersion) in the Holy Spirit and Fire;

A personal Day of Pentecost;

The ability to speak in tongues, an unknown language,

Beyond the mind, enabling the person to speak directly to God,

And God to speak directly to them without the hindrance of the mind.

Sight is “seeing” as Adam and Eve “saw” while in the Garden of Eden.

They enjoyed a supernatural state of being;

They enjoyed continual communion with God the Father.

Their “fall,” their disobedience, brought this to an end.

Christ Jesus came to bring this reality back

For those who would put their faith, hope and trust in Him;

The Kingdom of God coming to earth as in Heaven;

Christ living in us our hope of glory.

Why is this world lost and without hope?

Because they are spiritually blind.

The nations are blind, their leaders are blind,

Their intellectuals are blind;

All are blind from the greatest to the least.

The world consists of the blind leading the blind.

Add to this the deception of Satan and you have a hopeless condition.

Yet those who can see, The Bride of Christ, Wisdom;

'Calls aloud in the street, she raises her voice in the public squares;

At the head of the noisy streets she cries out,

In the gateways of the city she makes her speech;

How long will you simple ones love your simple ways?

How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge?

If you had responded to my rebuke,

I would have poured out my heart to you

And made my thoughts known to you

But since you have rejected me when I called 

And no one gave heed when I stretched out my hand,

Since you ignored all my advice and would not accept my rebuke,

I in turn will laugh at your disaster;

I will mock when calamity overtakes you—

When calamity overtakes you like a storm,

When disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind,

When distress and troubles overwhelm you.

Then they will call to me but I will not answer;

They will look for me but will not find me.

Since they hated knowledge

And did not choose to fear the Lord,

Since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke,

They will eat the fruit of their ways

And be filled with the fruit of their schemes.

For the waywardness of the simple will kill them,

And the complacency of fools will destroy them;

But whoever listens to Me will live in safety

And be at ease, without fear of harm.' (Proverbs 1:20-33)

The blind can see if they turn to Christ Jesus and are Born Again,

Into the Kingdom of God; allowing Christ to fill them,

And live in and through them. Cry out to Jesus!
