The People Of The World Learn Righteousness

Isaiah 26:9-11

When your judgments come upon the earth,

The people of the world learn righteousness.

Though grace is shown to the wicked they do not learn righteousness.

Even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil

And regard not the majesty of the Lord.

O Lord, your hand is lifted high, but they do not see it.

Let them see your zeal for your people and be put to shame;

Let the fire reserved for your enemies consume them.

[There is only One who is righteous, God Almighty

And those who put their faith, hope and trust in Him.

Today, the hand of the Lord is lifted high, 

But the people of the world do not see it.

They do not understand the zeal that God has for the nation Israel

And the Israel of God, His people, The Bride of Christ.

Today, God is sending natural and man-made disasters upon the earth;

The people of the earth have rejected the grace of God, His Christ, Jesus.

They have rejected His statues and His covenant

And God has given the nations over to their deceitful hearts

Into the hands of Satan who came to steal, kill and destroy,

Which is what we see happening today.

Nevertheless, any person or any nation can turn to the Lord

In repentance, with all their heart, 

And hold back His hand of judgment upon them.]
