Unless the Lord guards a nation or city its watchmen watch in vain.
The only nation or city the Lord will guard
Are those who are humble in heart and tremble at His Word.
The nation or city that rejects the Lord
Is completely given over to the wiles of the devil
Who came to steal, kill and destroy.
