A “fact check” by USA Today is defaming a Ph.D.-vetted study by Just Facts that found non-citizens may have cast enough illegal votes for Joe Biden to overturn the lawful election results in some key battleground states. The article, written by USA Today’s Chelsey Cox, contains 10 misrepresentations, unsupported claims, half-truths, and outright falsehoods.

(CNS News) -- Conservative host Mark Levin spoke to University of California Santa Cruz professor emeritus John Ellis about “subsidizing our own demise from within” academia, referencing taxpayer funding of left-wing academia on a rerun of “Life, Liberty, and Levin” on Sunday.

“We seem to be subsidizing our own demise from within here.” Levin told Ellis on the show that originally ran on June 21. “Whether it's our federal and state tax dollars going into these schools, whether it's parents paying tuition or even other people paying tuition, and you send your kids into these schools and many of them come out quite differently ideologically. Why do we keep doing this?”

GINGRICH: 'IT'S A VERY GREAT DANGER THAT' DEMOCRATS 'WILL FIND A WAY TO STEAL' GA SENATE ELECTION

Former Republican Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich (Ga.), husband of the U.S Ambassador to the Vatican, Callista Gingrich, said he believes there is a “very great danger” that Democrats will find a way to "steal" the upcoming U.S Senate runoff elections in Georgia in January.

In an interview on The Cat’s Roundtable with radio host John Catsimatidis on Sunday, Newt Gingrich stated,

“I think the Democrats have nominated two left-wingers who, in an honest election, could not possibly win the election.”

“And, therefore, the only hope the Democrats have is to find a way to steal it,” said Gingrich.  “And given what they did in the presidential election, I think it is a very great danger that they will find a way to steal it.”

Catsimatidis then asked Gingrich, “Now your home state of Georgia, we have a major election there January 5th, and [Stacey] Abrams is going around saying she already has 700,000, 800,000 votes in her back pocket ready to be put into the system. What do you think?”Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) (Getty Images)

“Well, I think that unless they fix this, they [Republicans] are going to have a hard time winning the election,” said Gingrich.

“Frankly, Raffensperger, the Republican secretary of state, seems to be so much in the pocket of the Democrats that it is unbelievable.

”“He keeps doing things that make it easier for the Democrats to steal it and harder for the Republicans to insist on an honest election,” said the former House Speaker.

Abrams, the 2018 Democrat Georgia gubernatorial nominee lost the election to Republican Brian Kemp.

She currently serves as minority leader of the Georgia House of Representatives.

In the January elections, Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R) is facing off against Democrat Raphael Warnock, and Republican David Perdue is facing Democrat Jon Ossoff.

On Nov. 27, President Trump tweeted, "No, the 2020 Election was a total scam, we won by a lot (and will hopefully turn over the fraudulent result), but we must get out and help David and Kelly, two GREAT people.

Otherwise we are playing right into the hands of some very sick people.

"A Georgia voter, Kristen Jones, told NPR

"How can you have an election after it [November election] was completely fraudulent?

I mean that should be every Georgian's question right now," she said.
