FBI MEMO INTENSIFIES BATTLE WITH GOP

 - The Washington Times - Updated: 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2018
A rare public challenge by the FBI to Republican lawmakers has intensified the battle over a highly contentious House intelligence committee memo that alleges the bureau and Justice Department were politically biased against Donald Trump during the 2016 election.
On Wednesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray warned that the document omits information which could impact its veracity — putting his leadership on a collusion course with President Trump and his GOP allies who say they want to soon release the document which the House Intelligence committee voted to make public earlier this week.
“With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it,” Wednesday’s FBI statement read.
“As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.”
On Wednesday an FBI spokeswoman declined to comment if the agency would release additional information to include the “material omissions.”
Late in the day, House Intelligence committee chairman Rep. Devin Nunes — who was warned by the DOJ last week that releasing the document would be “extraordinary reckless” — pushed back against the FBI.
“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objects to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies,” Mr. Nunes said. “The FBI is intimately familiar with ‘material omissions’ with respect to their presentations to both Congress and the are welcome to make public, to the greatest extent possible, all the information they have on these abuses.”

The document, which has been made available to the whole House, reportedly shows abuses in the intelligence community in order to obtain FISA warrants on Trump campaign aides, with the controversial anti-Trump dossier partially used as justification for observing Trump associates.
On Wednesday, the White House contributed to the drama as Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, appearing on CNN, said the administration is completing a “legal and national security” review before taking action on the memo.
On Tuesday night, as he left the floor of the House camber after completing his first State of the Union address, Mr. Trump was overheard telling Rep. Jeff Duncan, Republican South Carolina, that he “100 percent” will make memo public.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday Ranking GOP member of the House Intelligence Committee Rep. Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican, announced his retirement after a lengthy career.
Dems react with outrage
Reaction to the FBI’s forceful statement came swiftly from Capitol Hill Democrats, who fought bitterly against the memo’s release. From the Senate came a reiteration of the party’s argument that the entire memo was concocted to “mislead” the public and discredit the FBI, DOJ and special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russian meddling probe.
“It’s clear the [memo’s] goal is to undermine the special counsel’s investigation,” Senate Intelligence committee member, Dianne Feinstein said in a statement. “There have also been reports that Congressman Nunes refuses to answer whether his staff worked with the White House on the memo’s creation. There’s no excuse for playing politics with highly classified information. The president shouldn’t place personal or partisan interests above our national security.”
House Intelligence Committee Democrats, which voted against releasing the memo on Monday night along party lines, drafted their own response to the document — which is still being reviewed by House Speaker Paul D. Ryan.
While speaking at an event in Washington, the committee’s top Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff, argued the the memo in no way proved that Mr. Trump had somehow been part of what Mr. Nunes called a “vast unmasking conspiracy” which allegedly involved Obama-era officials inappropriately making requests to uncover the identities of Trump campaign officials sweet up in foreign intelligence reports.
Mr. Schiff also published an op-ed in The Washington Post published in the Washington Times accusing Mr. Nunes of “cherry-picks facts” and smearing “the FBI and the Justice Department — all while potentially revealing intelligence sources and methods.”
Sen. Cory Booker called the release “treasonous,” saying it will likely erode Mr. Mueller’s investigation.
“When you violate the intelligence community’s mandates around classified documentation and what should be released, you could be betraying or, especially if you’re revealing sources and methods or giving some color to sources and methods, you are actually endangering fellow Americans in the intelligence community and our ability to source intelligence,” he said during an appearance on XM radio Wednesday.
McCabe Gone
The agency’s statement comes just days after FBI Director Andrew McCabe stepped down earlier than expected. A government official said McCabe, who left the bureau on Monday, is using his retirement eligibility to leave a few weeks earlier than planned.
But Fox News reported that Mr. Wray removed Mr. McCabe from the agency a day after Mr. Wray viewed the surveillance memo on Capitol Hill. Mr. McCabe is also leaving as reports surface that the Justice Department’s inspector general is reviewing his role in the 2016 investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server.
The Justice Department’s inspector general began the inquiry in January 2017 into several aspects of the Clinton email investigation, including whether Mr. McCabe should have recused himself from the investigation.
Mr. McCabe’s wife, Jill, received political contributions totaling $467,500 from the political action committee of then-Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe, for her unsuccessful state Senate campaign in 2015. Records show that the state Democratic party made two other payments totaling $207,788 to her campaign.
Mr. McAuliffe was co-chairman of Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign and chairman of Ms. Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.
On Wednesday, the Washington Post reported the inspector general is reviewing reports that FBI “appeared not to act for about three weeks” after discovering Clinton-related e-mails on the laptop of former Rep. Anthony Weiner, New York Democrat. Mr. Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, was one of the top advisers for Ms. Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Mr. McCabe, the second-highest ranking official the FBI examined the emails in late October 2016, nearly three weeks after the agency became aware of their existence, the Post reported.

My comments: Appointing Christopher Wray as Director of the FBI may have been one of President Trump's worst decisions. It is Clear from what has been revealed so far, that Personnel at the FBI and DOJ is Abused the FISA Warrant Process. The Question is: Why has Wray resisted revealing what happened? Potentially, the future of the Trump Presidency is at stake here, because the Phony Mueller Investigation may have been based on the Illegitimate use of a FISA Warrant.

JESUS DOES NOT COME BACK UNTIL...

The Word of God, through the Apostle Paul,
Makes very Clear
That Christ Jesus does not come back
Until the Man of Lawlessness is revealed.
LISTEN:

The Man Of Lawlessness

CONCERNING THE COMING OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
And out being gathered to Him,
We ask you brothers,
2 Not to become easily unsettled or alarmed
By some prophecy, report of letter
Supposed to have come from us, saying
THAT THE DAY OF THE LORD HAS ALREADY COME.

3 DON'T LET ANYONE DECEIVE YOU IN ANY WAY,
FOR THAT DAY WILL NOT COME UNTIL THE REBELLION OCCURS
AND THE MAN OF LAWLESSNESS IS REVEALED,
THE MAN DOOMED TO DESTRUCTION.

4 HE OPPOSES AND EXALTS HIMSELF OVER EVERYTHING
THAT IS CALLED GOD OR IS WORSHIPED,
AND SET HIMSELF UP IN GOD'S TEMPLE,
PROCLAIMING HIMSELF TO BE GOD.

5 Don't you remember that when I was with you
I used to tell you these things?
6 And now you know what is holding him back,
SO THAT HE MAY BE REVEALED AT THE PROPER TIME.

7 FOR THE SECRET POWER OF LAWLESSNESS IS ALREADY AT WORK;
BUT THE ONE WHO HOLDS IT BACK
WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL HE IS TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY.

8 AND THEN THE LAWLESSNESS ONE WILL BE REVEALED,
WHOM THE LORD JESUS WILL OVERTHROW
WITH THE BREATH OF HIS MOUTH
AND DESTROY BY THE SPLENDOR OF HIS COMING.

9 THE COMING OF THE LAWLESS ONE
WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WORK OF SATAN
DISPLAYED IN ALL KINDS OF COUNTERFEIT
MIRACLES, SIGNS AND WONDERS,
10 AND EVERY SORT OF EVIL
THAT DECIEVES THOSE WHO ARE PERISHING.

THEY PERISH BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO LOVE THE TRUTH
AND SO BE SAVED.

11 FOR THIS REASON
GOD SENDS THEM A POWERFUL DELUSION
SO THAT THEY WILL BELIEVE THE LIE

12 AND SO ALL WILL BE CONDEMNED
WHO HAVE NOT BELIEVED THE TRUTH

BUT HAVE DELIGHTED IN WICKEDNESS.
(2 Thessalonians 2:1-12)

FOUR POWERFUL IRREVERSIBLE FORCES ARE TRANSFORMING JEWISH AND CHRISTIAN WORLDS

Religious Jews attend a special prayer for rain at the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City.
FOUR POWERFUL IRREVERSIBLE FORCES ARE TRANSFORMING JEWISH AND CHRISTIAN WORLDS
CHARISMA NEWS
Four powerful and irreversible forces are rapidly transforming the Jewish and Christian worlds.
But many leaders in both communities are unable or unwilling to recognize these new changes. Such leaders, trapped in the past, risk losing real influence and relevancy and face the grim possibility of being tossed into the "dustbin of history."
The first two forces relentlessly at work are demography and geography.
For centuries, Europe and North America were the centers of Christian and Jewish populations and the sources of religious leadership.
However, today most Christians reside in Central and South America, Africa and Asia while Christians in Europe and North America are older, and their numbers are declining or barely holding steady.

THE SCOURGE OF HUMAN TRAFFICING

Ivanka Trump speaks during a meeting on action to end modern slavery and human trafficking on the sidelines of the 72nd United Nations General Assembly.
WILL MILLIONS OF CHRISTIANS ALLOW THEIR HEARTS TO HARDEN
January is now being called Human Trafficking Awareness Month. As a matter of fact, Jan. 11 was Human Trafficking Awareness Day. As the president of a ministry that rescues trafficked girls, I've been asked how JOY International (joy.org) participated. Huh? What are we going to do during Human Trafficking Awareness Month?
The people asking the question mean well, but I cannot bring myself to promote a Human Trafficking Awareness Day or Month.
Not when we fight this evil 24 hours a day, every day—365 days a year! What do we do, focus on trafficking this month, then move on to another issue or cause next month?
During national Human Trafficking Awareness Month, we have been doing the same thing we've been doing for many years: fighting without ceasing and making people aware of the tragedy as long as a child is being used and abused by the evil, heinous crime of human trafficking somewhere in our world.
This should be our No. 1 fight every day—not just today!
As I write this, literally millions of children, teens and young women (and boys and men) are being forced into slavery.
Many people, especially children, are forced into the world of commercial sexual exploitation.
Yes—it's happening this very second somewhere in our world.
I don't have to set aside a particular day, week or month, because I work and pray every day for opportunities to rescue even one more child. Even as I wrote this, I just returned from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where the JOY International tactical operations team and our partners at Agape International Ministries (AIM) spent a week training Cambodian police in tactics that will directly lead to the rescue of more victims.
No worse crime than sex trafficking has been perpetrated against a child since the dawn of creation, and we all should be doing something to fight it in some way. I know that not everyone can go and rescue enslaved girls—but everyone can help send someone who is called to go.
We have teams ready to go throughout the world in search of these children. Send people like us (and AIM SWAT Team);
pray for us; pray for these children—right now, today, every day—until the last child is set free.
Sorry, my friends, I just cannot go along with Human Trafficking Awareness Day or Human Trafficking Awareness Month, as the evil crime of sex trafficking needs to be before us every day.
If your child was kidnapped and forced into the child sex trade, you'd you be crying out for people to be aware and motivated to action—every day.
My friends, it may not be your child, but every child is a child of God. His creation.
As we come to the end of this Human Trafficking Awareness "Month," remember this: awareness is good, but awareness without action is apathy
It is my sincere hope and prayer that as this month ends and in the months to come, you will be motivated to action to help set another captive free.
Jeff Brodsky is president of JOY International. His organization rescues girls out of brothels in Southeast Asia and they are training police in Cambodia in tactics to do the rescues themselves.

TRUMP: "AMERICANS ARE DREAMERS TOO"

Trump: ‘Americans Are Dreamers Too’

By Melanie Arter | January 31, 2018 | 12:10 AM EST

President Donald Trump at his first State of the Union address (Screenshot of White House video)
(CNSNews.com) - President Donald Trump used his first State of the Union address to detail his immigration reform plan and to call on Congress to work together to protect the nation, reminding Congress that “Americans are dreamers too.”

“Tonight, I am extending an open hand to work with members of both parties -- Democrats and Republicans -- to protect our citizens of every background, color, religion, and creed.
My duty, and the sacred duty of every elected official in this chamber, is to defend Americans -- to protect their safety, their families, their communities, and their right to the American Dream, because Americans are dreamers too,” he said.

In addition to honoring the parents of two teenage girls who were murdered by MS-13 in Long Island, N.Y., Trump heralded the bravery of his invited guest - Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Celestino Martinez, who spent the last 15 years “fighting gang violence and getting dangerous criminals off our streets.”

“At one point, MS-13 leaders ordered CJ's murder, but he did not cave to threats or to fear. Last May, he commanded an operation to track down gang members on Long Island. His team has arrested nearly 400, including more than 220 from MS-13 gang members, and I have to tell you what the Border Patrol and ICE have done,” Trump said.

“We have sent thousands and thousands and thousands of MS-13 horrible people out of this country or into our prisons, so I just want to congratulate you, CJ. You’re a brave guy,” the president said. “And I asked CJ, what’s the secret? He said, ‘we’re just tougher than they are,’ and I like that answer.

Trump called on Congress to send Martinez and other law enforcement officers like him reinforcements.

“Over the next few weeks, the House and Senate will be voting on an immigration reform package.
In recent months, my administration has met extensively with both Democrats and Republicans to craft a bipartisan approach to immigration reform.
Based on these discussions, we presented the Congress with a detailed proposal that should be supported by both parties as a fair compromise -- one where nobody gets everything they want, but where our country gets the critical reforms it needs and must have,” he said.

The four pillars of the immigration reform plan are:
offering a pathway to citizenship for 1.8 million DACA recipients,
securing the border,
ending the visa lottery system,
and ending chain migration the way it currently exists.

“The first pillar of our framework generously offers a path to citizenship for 1.8 million illegal immigrants who were brought here by their parents at a young age --
that covers almost three times more people than the previous administration covered.
Under our plan, those who meet education and work requirements, and show good moral character, will be able to become full citizens of the United States,” Trump said.

“The second pillar fully secures the border. That means building a wall on the Southern border, and it means hiring more heroes like CJ to keep our communities safe. Crucially, our plan closes the terrible loopholes exploited by criminals and terrorists to enter our country -- and it finally ends the dangerous practice of ‘catch and release,’” he said.

“The third pillar ends the visa lottery -- a program that randomly hands out green cards without any regard for skill, merit, or the safety of our people. It is time to begin moving towards a merit-based immigration system -- one that admits people who are skilled, who want to work, who will contribute to our society, and who will love and respect our country,” the president said.

“The fourth and final pillar protects the nuclear family by ending chain migration. Under the current broken system, a single immigrant can bring in virtually unlimited numbers of distant relatives.
Under our plan, we focus on the immediate family by limiting sponsorships to spouses and minor children. This vital reform is necessary, not just for our economy, but for our security, and our future,” he added.

Trump’s comments on chain migration were met by boos from Democrats in attendance.
Trump said his immigration reform plan “represents a down-the-middle compromise, and one that will create a safe, modern, and lawful immigration system.”

“For over 30 years, Washington has tried and failed to solve this problem.
This Congress can be the one that finally makes it happen.
Most importantly, these four pillars will produce legislation that fulfills my ironclad pledge to only sign a bill that puts America first.
So let us come together, set politics aside, and finally get the job done,” he said.

MEDIA'S LIBERAL BIAS WAS ON FULL DISPLAY AS THEY SLAMMED SOTU

Bozell: Media’s ‘Liberal Bias Was on Full Display Tuesday Night’ as Media Slammed SOTU

Craig Bannister
 By Craig Bannister | January 31, 2018 | 1:22 PM EST

Bozell: Public sees through liberal media's 'eliitist bubble.'
Media Research Center President Brent Bozell blasted the media’s overwhelmingly negative coverage of President Trump’s first State of the Union address.
According to a CBS/YouGov poll conducted Tuesday evening, three in four Americans approved of the President’s speech. But, as reported by NewsBusters, broadcast news networks including ABC, NBC, CNN and MSNBC were widely critical in their coverage following the State of the Union.
This shows just how blatantly bias and out-of-touch media have become, Bozell said in statement issued Wednesday:
“The media's overwrought, liberal bias was on full display Tuesday night in their reaction to President Trump’s State of the Union address. The President delivered a promising, powerful speech that resonated with most of America.
75% of Americans approved of his address yet ABC, NBC, CNN and MSNBC’s coverage was overwhelming critical. This is more evidence of how out of touch the media have become.
“These ‘journalists’ live in their own elitist bubble and the public sees right through it.”

NUMBER OF MARRIED COUPLES WITH KIDS HITS 56-YEAR LOW

Number of Married Couples With Kids Hits 56-Year Low

The number of married couples in the United States who have children under 18 hit a 56-year low in 2017, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

In 2017, according to Census Bureau table FM-1, there were 23,651,000 married-couple families in this country with children under 18. The last time there were fewer than that was 1961, when there were 23,514,000.
In the years since 1950, according to Census Bureau data, the number of married couples with children under 18 peaked in 2007, when there were 26,158,000.

But the decline in the traditional family is more dramatically demonstrated by comparing the number of married-couple families with children under 18 to the full population of the country.

In 1961, when there were 23,514,000 married couple families with children under 18, the total population of the United States was 183,691,481. So, there was one married couple with kids for every 7.8 people in the country.

In 2017, when there were 23,651,000 married couples with children under 18, the total population of the United States was 325,719,178. So, there was one married couple with kids for every 13.77 people in the country.

As married couples with children have declined relative to the overall population, single mothers and fathers have increased.
In 1961, there were 2,375,000 one-parent families with children under 18 (including 2,185,000 families with only a mother and 190,000 with only a father). That year there were 77.3 people in the country for each one-parent family.

In 2017, there were 10,641,000 one-parent families with children under 18 (including 8,246,000 with only a mother and 2,395,000 with only a father). That meant there were only 30.6 people in the country for each one-parent family.

In 1980, when Ronald Reagan was elected president, according to Census Bureau Table HH-1, there were 80,776,000 households in the United States and 49,112,000 (or 60.8 percent) were married couples (including married couples who did not have children under 18).
By 2017, there were 60,804,000 married couples (including those with no children under 18), but they equaled only 48.17 percent of all 126,224,000 households.

In America today, married-couple households represent a minority of the nation's households.
The decline in married couples and married couples with kids will have an economic, cultural and political impact on the future of our country.

Married couples and married couples with kids make more money than other types of households.

In 2016, according to Census Bureau Table HINC-01, the median household income was $59,039 and the average household income was $83,143.

But for married couples, the median income was $87,057 and the average was $112,418. And for married couples with children under 18, according to Table HINC-04, the median income was $94,068 and the average was $120,327.

Culturally, married couples with children can teach their children the moral principles and traditions they learned from their own parents — even if those principles and traditions are more in keeping with the ancient norms of Judeo-Christian civilization than the politically correct doctrines of the public schools and the media.

Politically, married people with children are more conservative than people who do not fit that description. In the 2012 presidential election, according to the network exit poll, married people with children voted for Mitt Romney over Barack Obama 54 percent to 45 percent.

People who did not fit the description of married with children voted for Obama over Romney 53 percent to 45 percent.
According to the national exit poll for the 2016 election, married voters picked Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton 52 percent to 44 percent. Unmarried voters picked Clinton over Trump 55 percent to 37 percent.

If you were seeking to advance the causes that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton advanced in this country, you would hope that the trends that are moving people away from lifelong marriage and responsible parenthood would continue.

ACLU COMPLAINS" "TRUMP USED THE WORD 'AMERICA' MORE THAN 80 TIMES

ACLU Complains: "Trump Used the Word 'America' More Than 80 Times"

By Susan Jones | January 31, 2018 | 7:22 AM EST

(Screen Capture)
(CNSNews.com) - The American Civil Liberties Union -- note the word "American" in its title -- complained Tuesday night about President Trump's repeated use of the word "America" in his State of the Union speech.
In a written response to Trump's speech, Faiz Shakir, the ACLU's national political director, said:
Tonight, President Trump said the word ‘America’ more than 80 times in his speech. Yet, after a divisive first year, we hear and feel how exclusionary that ‘America’ is, with policies that have harmed so many vulnerable American communities. The ACLU stands ready to protect these communities, both in the courts and at the polls.

In particular, the immigration plan put forth by Trump would hold Dreamers hostage to his demands for a harmful border wall and an even larger mass deportation force. We are at this crossroads because of the President’s deeply destructive ideas fomented by his nativist allies and divisive rhetoric. We will continue to stand up for these young immigrants and ensure they continue to contribute to our country. We cannot let America’s Dreamers be deported.
President Trump told the nation Monday night that Congress will be voting on an "immigration reform" package over the next few weeks, and he outlined the "four pillars" of his "fair compromise" plan:

The four pillars include a path to citizenship for 1.8 million dreamers, if they meet education and work requirements and demostrate good moral character;

a fully secure border, including a wall in places

and hiring more border patrol agents;

an end to the random diversity visa lottery

and adoption of a merit-based system;

and an end to chain migration by limiting sponsorships to spouses and minor children. (Democrats offered scattered boos to the last item.)

"These four pillars represent a down-the-middle compromise, and one that will create a safe, modern, and lawful immigration system," Trump said.

"For over 30 years, Washington has tried and failed to solve this problem.

This Congress can be the one that finally makes it happen.
"Most importantly, these four pillars will produce legislation that fulfills my ironclad pledge to only sign a bill that puts America first.

So let us come together, set politics aside, and finally get the job done."

My comments: "AMERICA" is a Dirty Word for the LEFT in America. They are Inclusive, Diversity, GLOBALISTS, seeking One World Government. THIS is the Indoctrination in U.S. Public Schools, and so called, Higher Education, that has gone on  for Decades, to America's SHAME. This is an American LEFT, Death Wish.
