BREAKING: radical groups hit LC with shocking subpoena

Late yesterday afternoon, Liberty Counsel was served a subpoena in Doe v. Donald Trump, a case being spearheaded by two of the most aggressive homosexual rights organizations in the country -- GLAD (GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders) and NCLR (National Center For Lesbian Rights).
It is one of the most onerous subpoenas we have seen and is clearly an attempt by these radical groups to bully and intimidate us.
Here's a quick backgrounder...

In August of 2017, GLAD and NCLR filed suit against President Trump's directive reinstating the ban on military service by transgenders. This case in ongoing. But now GLAD and NCLR are using subpoena power to deliberately harass pro-faith and pro-family groups like Liberty Counsel who are not in any way parties to the suit.

This is pure harassment and intimidation. But as we have seen, Leftist radical groups are flush with funds and emboldened to attack our President and any group like Liberty Counsel that dares to stand for faith and freedom. They want to bully and silence legal advocacy groups like Liberty Counsel because that will leave people of faith across this country even more vulnerable to their attacks!
Already, our legal team is working on a response. We must fight this subpoena. We must fight this bullying tactic. But quite frankly, this new attack comes as our legal resources are already stretched by other critical cases and a budget shortfall in the first quarter of this year.

GLAD and NCLR are trying to require Liberty Counsel to present all information on communications we have had with President Trump, his office, Vice President Pence or his office, and any employee of the Department of Defense (the largest employer in the government). The subpoena requests communications including documents and emails, meaning even emails like this that reach many hundreds of thousands of team members across the country could be included.
And get this...

In all my years working as a constitutional attorney, I don't know of a subpoena like this ever being issued before -- and certainly never against Liberty Counsel. This is a direct attack on Liberty Counsel that is clearly designed to harass and intimidate us!
I will not back down. But with the May 2 deadline looming, I must get our legal team working on this immediately, and I urgently need your help.
Please... help me fight back against this attack from radical same-sex groups that want to silence the voice of pro-faith and pro-family citizens.
