Dear Friends, It was with great excitement that our PragerU team learned of our #1 ranking in the category of  free market magazines in an independent social media impact study highlighted in Forbes. I couldn't wait to share this with our supporters. Your dedication allows us be the trailblazers in the pro-liberty movement that is being continuously recognized on a national level. Alejandro Chafuen of The Acton Institute, who conducted the study described our influence best: "PragerU, the undisputed leader in short educational videos with over 340 million views on YouTube, gets more than double those views on Facebook. So impressive is PragerU’s leadership, organizations such as Heritage, which lead in combined metrics, frequently post PragerU videos in their own Facebook video stream."  I encourage you to share this concrete example PragerU's leadership far and wide, the full article can be viewed here. Can we count on your support to help us continue our impact and reach millions of young people every day?   I also have an update in our lawsuit against the Google/YouTube Corporation. As you recall, they’ve censored more than 40 of our videos for being “inappropriate.” We filed suit in October of 2017. In early March, Judge Lucy H. Koh of the Northern District of California notified us that the court had vacated, or cancelled, the hearing that was supposed to have taken place on March 15. Then, on March 26, Judge Koh dismissed the case without prejudice. Headlines in the media would have you believe that we have lost our case outright. Quite the contrary, this is only the first step in the process as we join our legal team – one of the top in the nation – in its optimism for the future prospects of this fight. At this point the lawsuit is far from over. We look forward to arguing the merits of our case in both state and Federal court, or even the Supreme Court if that’s what it takes to ensure every American’s freedom of speech is protected on the internet. You enabled us to challenge this media giant and make a compelling case for free speech. Thank you.
