A Judge Just Handed Donald Trump The Bad News He Was Dreading

The plot to impeach Donald Trump ran through a New York courthouse.

The Deep State was fighting for access to secret documents that some believed could be the end of the Trump Presidency.

And a judge just handed Trump the bad news he was dreading.

U.S. District Court Judge Kimba Wood heard arguments from the attorneys for Michael Cohen and President Trump that they should have the first look at the documents seized from Cohen in an FBI raid.

They argued the records were protected by attorney-client privilege and that they should decide what the government has access to.

Wood rejected that argument.

The Daily Beast reports:

“U.S. DISTRICT COURT JUDGE KIMBA WOOD DENIED THE REQUESTS AND RULED THAT PROSECUTORS WILL GET FIRST ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION, FOLLOWED BY COHEN’S DEFENSE TEAM TEN DAYS LATER. WOOD NOTED THAT SHE HAS NOT YET DECIDED WHETHER SHE WILL APPOINT A SPECIAL MASTER IN THE CASE AT ALL.

“IT’S NOT THAT YOU’RE NOT GOOD PEOPLE,” WOOD TOLD COHEN’S ATTORNEYS ON MONDAY AFTERNOON, NEAR THE END OF THE TWO-HOUR PROCEEDING. “IT’S THAT YOU’VE MISCITED THE LAW.”

WOOD TOLD BOTH SIDES TO REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS QUICKLY AND TO PREPARE “PROPOSALS FOR HOW WE CAN MOVE FAST” ON THE CASE GOING FORWARD.

THE MATERIALS SEIZED BY FBI AGENTS FROM COHEN’S HOME, OFFICE, SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX, AND HOTEL ROOM INCLUDES “DOCUMENTS RELATING TO COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES COVERED BY THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE,” COHEN’S LAWYER, TODD HARRISON, SAID IN MONDAY’S LETTER TO WOOD.”

Now Deep State prosecutors will have the ability to dig through emails and documents that would allow them to unearth facts about Trump’s personal life and business dealings.

It’s the clearest sign yet that this is nothing but a fishing expedition to scrounge up some sort of “scandalous” behavior Congress can use to impeach the President.

But who is Judge Wood?

She has a past that should disturb any Trump supporter and raise questions about whether this proceeding was on the level.

In 2013, Wood officiated George Soros’ wedding.

FEDERAL JUDGE KIMBA WOOD OFFICIATED AT THE NON-DENOMINATIONAL WEDDING, WHICH WAS ATTENDED BY MEMBERS OF THE COUPLE’S FAMILIES, INCLUDING THE GROOM’S FIVE CHILDREN, A SOURCE FAMILIAR WITH THE WEDDING TOLD REUTERS.”

And in 1993, Wood was Bill Clinton’s choice for Attorney General.

She had to withdraw from the position after it was revealed she had hired an illegal immigrant nanny.

This investigation and court case is the second phase in the Deep State and media’s un-American scheme to undo the free and fair election that made Donald Trump the President of the United States.

And Judge Wood is happy to play her part.

My comments: So, now a Rogue Judge, ignores Attorney Client privilege, and allows Federal Lawyers to rummage through Trump's private documents, on behalf of Mueller, without a legitimate, legal pretext. This is Police State tactics. Remember, this all gets back to the Illegitimate Dossier which Rosenstein used as the pretext, before a FISA Court, to Investigate Cater Page, and now President Trump.
