Crisis Pregnancy Centers are under assault by big-money, pro-abortion bullies. Liberty Counsel is challenging forced abortion speech laws at the U.S. Supreme Court. Please see below for my important update on this vital case – Mat.

Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and other abortion giants are lobbying liberal lawmakers nationwide to make it tougher for non-profit, pro-life organizations to operate. Liberty Counsel is defending the rights of several of these centers against these overreaching laws that are intentionally assaulting free speech rights and right of conscience.

+ + Unlawful and unconstitutional!

The Supreme Court has agreed to review the California Reproductive FACT Act. The California law mandates that faith-based crisis pregnancy centers advertise within their centers a state-drafted, pro-abortion message in 12 languages or be severely fined each time they fail to comply!

Liberty Counsel filed an extensive amicus brief in one of four cases brought before the High Court by crisis pregnancy centers challenging the law as a violation of the First Amendment guarantees of free speech and free exercise of religion.
 

Liberty Counsel's legal team has been litigating on behalf of three faith-based crisis pregnancy centers in California being forced to adhere to The Reproductive FACT Act, nicknamed the "Bully Bill," for two years.

Advancing the sanctity of human life is one of Liberty Counsel's core missions and we will stand in defense of these and other Crisis Pregnancy Centers under assault by pro-abortion advocates! As with all of our clients, our representation is offered to them free of charge.

These centers offer women help and a true "choice" for themselves and the life of their baby.

Yet, the abortion industry sees theses pro-life centers as a thorn in their flesh, cutting into their profits from money made through exorbitant fees for abortions. The pro-abortion titans want a monopoly on so-called "women's services" and are attempting to silence, fine, or shut down those organizations which protect unborn children and provide support for their mothers.

Crisis Pregnancy Centers perform a remarkable service, which is why it is our honor to defend them against pro-abortion giants, including far-left lawmakers whose goal is to silence pro-life voices.
 

There is no similar mandate for the abortion mills to tell their clients that there are Crisis Pregnancy Centers nearby. There is an egregious double standard in these overreaching laws, along with being totally unconstitutional.
