The PA's 2017 budget allocates an eye-popping $344 million to compensate convicted terrorists and their families for brutal and bloody attacks on Israeli civilians. That total is half, as the Times of Israel reports, of all foreign aid expected to flow into Ramallah, the PA's administrative capital, this year.
Tom, your taxpayer dollars, given as "aid" to the Palestinians, are funding a radical terror campaign that is killing both Israelis and Americans. It's shocking, but Taylor Force's murderer is now among the recipients of Palestinian "Pay to Slay" rewards.
It's past time for our lawmakers and the Trump administration to declare the Palestinian Authority a "terror-sponsoring organization" -- and defund the PA until they verifiably cease their "Pay to Slay" payments, and stop inciting terror against the Israelis.

+ + The Taylor Force Act has "real purpose"!
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee is now considering The Taylor Force Act, a bill which will DEFUND the Palestinian Authority until they cease and denounce their "Pay to Slay" policy.
Chairman Bob Corker reports that senators on both sides of the aisle are working on the bill's language to reflect the advice of the two experts who spoke before the committee last month.
Haaretz, which is closely following the progress of the Taylor Force Act reports:
"Noah Pollak, a conservative political consultant who has been working to promote the bill, said that, 'This bill isn't symbolic - it has a real purpose, which is to demonstrate to the PA that its encouragement of terrorism will cost it U.S. aid. The current PA-promoted violence in Jerusalem shows just how urgently needed the bill is. An aid cut from Congress will do vastly more than press releases in getting Abbas's attention.'"

I join with many other pro-Israel Americans in calling for the passage of the Taylor Force Act. The Palestinians must be held accountable for their egregious law that authorizes payments to individuals and their families who commit acts of terrorism against American and Israeli citizens. Economic aid must cease unless the Palestinian Authority stops its outrageous practice of rewarding terrorists and their families with financial aid. No more bonuses for butchery!
