Hear
the Word of the Lord America,
Because
the Lord has a charge to bring against you who live in the land.
'There
is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land.
There
is only cursing, lying and murder, stealing and adultery;
They
break all bounds, and blood shed follows blood shed.
Because
of this the land mourns, and all who live in it waste away;
The
beasts of the field and the birds of the air
And
the fish of the sea are dying.
But
let no man bring a charge, let no man accuse another,
For
your people are like those who bring charges against a priest.
You
stumble day and night, and the prophets stumble with you.
So
I [God Almighty] will
destroy your mother [America]--
My
people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.
Because
you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as My priests
[Those
who preach the Word of God incorrectly and incompletely];
Because
you have ignored the Law of your God,
I
will also ignore your children.
The
more the priests [Preachers]
increased,
The
more they sinned against Me;
[America
has a multitude of preachers]
They
exchange their Glory for something disgraceful.
They
feed on the sins of My people and relish their wickedness.
And
it will be: Like people, like priests.
[They
gather around them Preachers who will tell them
What
their itching ears want to hear.]
I
[God Almighty] will
punish both of them for their ways
And
repay them for their deeds.
They
will eat but not have enough;
They
will engage in prostitution but not increase,
Because
they have deserted the Lord to give themselves to prostitution,
To
old wine and new, which take away the understanding of My people.
They
consult a wooden idol and are answered by a stick of wood.
[America
consults their IDOLS; anyone who give them advice, except God.
The
value of the advice they get might as well be from a stick of wood.]
A
spirit of prostitution leads them astray;
They
are unfaithful to their God.
They
sacrifice on the mountaintops and burn offerings on the hills,
Under
the oak, poplar and terebinth, where the shade is pleasant.
[Americans
sacrifice their lives in pursuit of material things, vain things,
Without
understanding and following God's Covenant.]
Therefore
your daughters turn to prostitution
And
your daughters-in-law to adultery.
I
will not punish your daughters when they turn to prostitution,
Nor
your daughters-in-law when the commit adultery,
Because
the men themselves consort with harlots
And
sacrifice with temple prostitutes--
A
people without understanding will come to RUIN!
[In
America today, many men have prostrated themselves
Before
pornography and other illicit plagues of the soul;
And
many of it's women have become prostitutes and adulterers.]
'And
do not swear as surely as the Lord lives!'
The
Americans are stubborn like a stubborn heifer.
How
then can the Lord pasture them like lambs in a meadow?
America
is joined to idols; leave him alone!
Even
when their drinks are gone, they continue their prostitution;
Their
rulers love shameful ways.
A
whirlwind will sweep them away,
And
their sacrifices will bring them shame. (Hosea 4)
Because
of America's multitude of sins:
'Then
I [God Almighty] will
go back to My place
Until
they [America] admit
their guilt.
And
they will seek My face; in their misery they will earnestly seek Me.'
(Hosea
5:15)
America's
sins engulf them; they are always before Me. (Hosea 7:2)
America
sows to the wind and reaps the whirlwind. (Hosea 8:7)
The
days of punishment are coming,
The
days of reckoning are at hand.
Let
America know this.
Because
your sins are so many and your hostility so great [toward
God],
The
[true] prophet is
considered a fool, the inspired man a maniac.
The
[true] prophet, along
with My God, is the watchman over America,
Yet
snares await him on all his paths, and hostility in the House of
his God.
They
[the people of God] have sunk deep into corruption,
As
in the days of Gibeah.
God
will remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins.
(Hosea
9:7-9)
Today,
the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)
America
is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.
Save
yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
As
God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!
Father,
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
