"Is Not My Word Like Fire"

'Is not My Word like Fire,' declares the Lord,

'And a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?'

'Therefore,' declares the Lord, 'I AM against the prophets

Who steal from one another words supposedly from Me.

'Yes,' declares the Lord, 'I AM against the prophets

Who wag their own tongues and yet declare, 'The Lord declares.'

Indeed, I AM against those who prophesy false dreams,' declares the Lord.

They tell them and lead My people astray with their reckless lies,

Yet I did not send or appoint them.

They do not benefit these people in the least,' declares the Lord.

(Jeremiah 23:29-32)

'When these people, or a prophet or a priest, ask you,

'What is the oracle of the Lord? Say to them, What oracle?

I will forsake you, declares the Lord.

If a prophet or a priest or anyone else claims,

'This is the oracle of the Lord,' I will punish that man and his household.

This is what each of you keeps on saying to his friend or relative:

What is the Lord's answer?' or What has the Lord spoken?'

But you must not mention 'the oracle of the Lord' again,

Because every man's word becomes his oracle

And so you distort the words of the Living God, the Almighty, our God.

This is what you keep saying to a prophet:

'What is the Lord's answer to you?' or

'What has the Lord spoken?'

Although you claim, 'this is the oracle of the Lord,' This is what the Lord says:

You use the words, This is the oracle of the Lord,'

Even though I told you that you must not claim,

'This is the oracle of the Lord.'

Therefore, I will surely forget you and cast you out of My Presence

Along with the city I gave to you and your fathers.

I will bring upon you everlasting disgrace—

Everlasting shame that will not be forgotten.' (Jeremiah 23:33-40)

Today, many Christians have forgotten that God's Word is like Fire;

Like a Hammer that breaks a rock in pieces;

That what God has spoken through His prophets about today

Will surely come to pass.

Many seem completely ignorant of what God has spoken

About the day we are living in. Additionally:

In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets

At many times and in various ways,

But in these Last Days

[These last two days or last two thousand years]

He has spoken to us by His Son [Christ Jesus],

Whom He appointed heir of ALL things,

And through Whom He made the Universe.

The Son is the radiance of God's Glory

And the exact representation of His Being.

Sustaining ALL things by His Powerful Word. (Hebrews 1:1-3)

Today, who believes the Son of God and His Powerful Word?

Today, many preachers stumble all over themselves

Trying to outdo each other, describing the GRACE of God,

But never mentioning the Fire and Hammer of His Word.

Forgetting that Christ Jesus came to FULFILL the entire Word of God.

(Matthew 5:17)

It is as if God did not say, be Holy as I AM Holy [1 Peter 1:16].

Be Perfect, as I AM Perfect [Matthew 5:48].

It is as if He did not say,

If you are a friend of the the world you are My enemy [James 4:4];

That whoever finds his life in this life will lose it

But whoever loses his life for My sake will find LIFE [Matthew 10:39];

That only those who OVECOME this world and Satan who rules it,

Will find Heaven and Eternal LIFE

[Read the Seven Letters to the Seven Churches in Revelation].

Many American Christians have made an IDOL of America,

Ignoring it's government's defiance of the Word of God;

A government that has made slaves of the next generation

By it's printing of worthless money;

Ignoring America's Abortion Murder;

The Judaical System that made Abortion Murder lawful;

It's Babylonian Cities; It's continual violence;

The continual, perverted message of the Hollywood Whore;

And the so called “entertainment” industry;

The Public Education System that teaches godlessness; 

The many Apostate Christians who defy the Word of God; And on and on.

An UNREPENTANT America

Will go the way of all the so called “great” cultures that preceded her;

That destroyed themselves because of their wickedness.

That is the overriding lesson of the Word of God and of history.

In the END, the Word of God will prove to be like FIRE;

Like the HAMMER that breaks the rock.

It will be fulfilled exactly as it is written.

Today, the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
